There's something strange going on.
Im making a gallery, uploading the thumbs, pictures etc. all works fine and after some time some of the thumbs/images are messed up.
I mean, half of the image is brown, the thumb colors are messed up and stuff like that. I noticed that a gallery was ok after it loaded , then I clicked on a picture, it loaded fine, and when I browsed back to the gallery one of the thumbs got messed up.
Take a look here:

What the fuck is going on ?
Full size is fine.

Looks like it messed up in uploading it.
Looks a bit like what happens when you ftp images in ascii...

Cleo, its not messed up in uploading, I uploaded it was fine, it got broken after couple of days - this gallery was accepted at many places. Looks like a problem with host to me, Im talking with them now.

Try cropping and resizing the image again then delete it from the server and upload it again.
Useless

I'd have to assume that is a very small scale data corruption. I'm just not sure what would cause that server side. Bizarre shit.

it could be a first indication that the disk is failing or at least becoming corrupted, chat with your host, I am sure they will be able to help you on this one.

I also think it's the host. Probably a HDD getting fucked or they have some problems with the filesystem, which evenutally ends in corrupting data and shit. The worst is that you don't know for sure if it's a filesystem error or you'll need to get a new hard disk... ugly! Good luck fixing it!

Thanks for the replys, Im 100% sure the problem is on my hosts side. I had a long chat with somebody from my host and Im surprised how stupid some people are. He didnt believe me so in the end we agreed that I'll give him few of my galleries to bookmark, he'll click on every pic to see if its ok, and I'lll let him know when one of them corrupts - and here we go, I woke up and one of the pictures is corrupted. Im talking with somebody else from that host now, he said he had complaint exactly like this recently...

Sounds like you need to make sure you have everything backed up.
