I have had trouble getting affiliates into my program. Could this be because I'm using Verotel? I have heard that most don't trust anything outside of CCBill. I'm offering a lot for incentives.
What does your affiliate tour look like? What is the payout? What kind of widgets are you selling?
CCBill is nice since a affiliate can sign up in under 10 seconds if they already have a CCBill account. It's also nice to have on login for everything.
But they all suck in someway. :D

My tour is average looking http://www.girlsnhtown.com/webmasters . Payout is 50/50 recuring, with performance bonus. It's a straight hardcore paysite. The traffic I've been able to get it, converts decently, and I expect that to go up with more updates and the redesign of my site this week. If I can't attract any new affiliates soon, should I switch to CCBill?

Verotel has got to be an issue for sure. But aswner Cleo's questions too and have you promoted it or advertised it to webmasters anywhere?

I've posted to AWW and CozyFrog, had a few hits from there. I'm now waiting to advertise, until my site is redesigned and updated this week. Maybe that will help?
Tour is slow for me and gave me errors in my browser.
General hardcore is always a tough sell, at least for me it is.
Why does your exit link say homo?
I would get rid of the 7 day trial.

The exit link thing was an inside joke about Michael Bolton taken from a South Park episode. I didn't realize I had a 7 day trial on there, and I took your advice and nulled it. The tour will not function right if IE is not used. This is why I'm having it redone by a pro this week. That was my first shot at designing a paysite.
