Hey I was bitching about that guy last week on another board.

Seems he steals the gallery index, but still hotlinks the images.

My attempt to call their host (westmaster.com) resulted in some guy with a foreign accent saying they didn't allow porn, denying they even hosted that site.

They're obviously not in miami like the site says.

But I have a feeling internic is already on this one ;)

oh man, this guy is the worst I've seen. Yeah, exactly, he puts the index of the gallery on his server and hotlinks all the images, thumbs, pics, and graphics. Not only is he stealing gallery templates and design which is bad enough but compounds everything by stealing the persons bandwidth also. I see this fucker the same way I see child rapists. They should all be put to a horrible death. |samauri|

DD this guy is already blocked from our site - seems they love finding passwords and since we blocked him no one has been able to get in from his pages. Maries Place appeared on numerous pages of his with usernames and passwords...

I check my stats all the time and so far so good the htaccess is holding up :)

We use password sentry and it has been good value for money for us.

We're also going to install a little gizmo from OT Scripts that will notify us every time someone writes to the password file.

For big sites like your's that is probably not going to be much help but on a small site like Marie's Place all we have to do is compare those notifications with the sign-up advice from the billing company and we will know anytime some twerp gets in and adds his own access combinations.
