oh great to see you guys and girls succeed in loosing weight, i know i should have bin posting days ago, just no time, but tomorrow i will post again, then its sunday....no plains, (oke some plans to paint the damn walls again, but no rush hour in morning. i will post tomorrow again and yes i am sure i lost some weight, i need a belt on my big jeans:D

Oke i did the weight thing and i was creative!
84.2 kilos |bananna||bananna||bananna||boobies||boobies| My hard work in 7 days has bin paid off on the scale, now i have to reach the magic 80 kilos., well i need to get under the 80 kilos even it will be 50 gram, i know if i can get under the 80 kilos i will manage to reach the 70 kilos (the end of my dieting hell) |

Well tried to take my weight pic today, and my camera doesn't work. |angry| Hopefully, when the charger comes in the mail it is just that. Ever since I plugged it in that cradle, and the pics were viewable, then not, I've been afraid something happened to the camera and not just the cradle.
My weight was 178. I took a few days off walking, so it trended back up. :( Tomorrow we start walking again. Rather not have to whip out my Canon, the auto focus is broken, and I can't see that close up to focus it (I have to lean back to take that pic and I'm only about a foot and a half away from that weight thing, lol. hate being blind) |

I'm riding my bike more, and harder. Exercising more than the none I was doing. Eating about the same I guess. So the number on the scale is the same 210 it's been since before and after the one-day 209 anomaly. |tomato|

well i have pretty much given up on red meat through out this diet. Replacing it with alot of cabbage soup and rice as well as salads. now to retrain myself slowling to eat smaller portions of food. Which i will do by making sure i use a smaller plate and taking less food at each sitting. I also gave up pop drinking more natural juices and stuff . I hope this weight loss trend keeps up :) . Todays Weigh In

back on schedule today... walked a mile plus i did wii fit today as well

We got back to our walking today, and eating better. But I was getting frustrated with weighing myself every day, so I'm going to weigh in once a week. Hoping I'll see some change in the longer run then up and down 1/2 a lb I've been doing daily.
