I just came home from a 2h walk. I really can't feel my legs and I'm hungry like a wolf |yawn|

I think I'll stop the diet for a week or two to regain my strength. I'm feeling weak all the time and I don't think it's a good thing. I will weight
myself as often as possible so I don't gain too much weight during this break.

Hell ofcourse you feel weak, how do you manage to loose what 5 lbs in 2 days? What do you eat? You lost more then 30+ lbs in 4 weeks, thats the extreme way. You should take extra vitamins now.

, now dont quit your dieting, just change your way of extremely excersizing (i am sure i wrote that word wrong) and eat a little bit more food so you wont feel weak!
Btw and yes i will keep posting, because i am not gonna quit my diet, loosing weight is one thing, but keeping the weight off is another.....my biggest problem will be ..keeping the weight off.

Also i dont want the money price, give it to some charity thing (is it name it that way, charity) just send me an greenguy and jim cap|couch|

The scale from hell says 177 lbs for me today.

...but it's Friday again, Mai Tais are being served at 7 pm sharp. |headbang|

I'm sticking right at 178, which is just 2 lbs down from the start, but 5# total down in the last month and a half, so I'm happy. Just need to lose more in October now.

I went to fast (that isnt good), so i will slow down the next weeks but i am gonna train my body more, now the big issue for me will be next week, i will go for a holiday for 5 days, i wont cook myself, it will be going out every eve for diner and even breakfast wil be delivered everyday at my door, after that week i will post again a pic of my weight, i hope myself i can keep controle over it, the good thing is, i will be swimming everyday (stu <--loves swimming, specially in hot water:D) and will do some sports like tennis (Stu<-- hates tennis because she is not good at it:D) jogging etc etc, my kids go snowboarding, i was doubting to do the same, but i dont want broken bones:D
Just keep it going Red|bananna| and for the rest of the Loosing Weight Rats, you all do great, even its a small amound!|thumb

I weighed myself this morning, and I'm down to 176.5. :) So I've lost another 1.5 lbs since the end of the contest. I'm so sloooooow on the weight loss, but its nice to see progress. I hope they start another too.

I haven't been doing anything outside recently and I'm right back at the usual 210 where the needle seems stuck. I won't be doing it Pendulum-style but you can count me in for the next round whenever it starts.

I was planing to continue with my diet but last week I fell pretty bad and almost broke my leg :( ... since then It's hard for me even to get from bed into my chair.

As soon as I'll feel better I'll resume my diet :)
