I just came home from a 2h walk. I really can't feel my legs and I'm hungry like a wolf |yawn|
I think I'll stop the diet for a week or two to regain my strength. I'm feeling weak all the time and I don't think it's a good thing. I will weight myself as often as possible so I don't gain too much weight during this break. |

Damn, I've been away too long it seems. Congrats Stu And JackDaniels.
Anyway, here's my weight for today, I took the pic before checking out this thread :) 87.2kg it is and I'm planning to go further down. |
I'm sticking right at 178, which is just 2 lbs down from the start, but 5# total down in the last month and a half, so I'm happy. Just need to lose more in October now.
