I been slacking will post a weigh in sometime today. Getting ready for my mothers visit Is making this diet tuff right now.

I'm riding my bike more, and harder. Exercising more than the none I was doing. Eating about the same I guess. So the number on the scale is the same 210 it's been since before and after the one-day 209 anomaly. |tomato|

well i have pretty much given up on red meat through out this diet. Replacing it with alot of cabbage soup and rice as well as salads. now to retrain myself slowling to eat smaller portions of food. Which i will do by making sure i use a smaller plate and taking less food at each sitting. I also gave up pop drinking more natural juices and stuff . I hope this weight loss trend keeps up :) . Todays Weigh In

back on schedule today... walked a mile plus i did wii fit today as well

We got back to our walking today, and eating better. But I was getting frustrated with weighing myself every day, so I'm going to weigh in once a week. Hoping I'll see some change in the longer run then up and down 1/2 a lb I've been doing daily.
