Thanks Red, my hubby gave me a nice tip, he told me to put the weight i lost in sugar in a bag and if i get down and think i need to eat like a pig, then i should grab the bag with sugar to feel how much weight i already lost and if i want that weight back again by loosing my controle over my diet. I also will give myself a reward for loosing the weight, tomorrow morning i am gonna make myself a nice turkey sandwich with mayo for breakfast....Stu<---- cant wait for tomorrow...but has too:|cry|

I read this tip somewhere: Take a bag and fill it up with books until it weighs the same as the amount you want to take off. Carry the bag on your back for a few hours as you walk around, do house chores etc. Then remove, feel the relief and imagine what it would feel like to stop carrying around the same amount of weight.

I have to say, i feel much better and i like the way we dealing with loosing weight as a group.
I got some smaller size jeans ready, the one i wear now is to big, but i keep wearing it because now i realy can see i lost some weight.......floppy ass jeans:D

I'm riding my bike more, and harder. Exercising more than the none I was doing. Eating about the same I guess. So the number on the scale is the same 210 it's been since before and after the one-day 209 anomaly. |tomato|

Even there will be a winner soon, i will not stop dieting....i need to get to the 70 kilos, so i hope this thread will stay, because it will keep me going.

Same here - I feel better - but looks like I'm stuck at the same weight - oh well....

well i have pretty much given up on red meat through out this diet. Replacing it with alot of cabbage soup and rice as well as salads. now to retrain myself slowling to eat smaller portions of food. Which i will do by making sure i use a smaller plate and taking less food at each sitting. I also gave up pop drinking more natural juices and stuff . I hope this weight loss trend keeps up :) . Todays Weigh In

We got back to our walking today, and eating better. But I was getting frustrated with weighing myself every day, so I'm going to weigh in once a week. Hoping I'll see some change in the longer run then up and down 1/2 a lb I've been doing daily.

I don't think once I hit 185 that I could or should lose another 18.5 pounds. At 166.5, I would look a little freakish. I just checked and my ideal weight is 182 - 200. 185 should be good. :)

Some of us have to loose the 1st 10% before we can go for another....but I'm in |thumb
