jonikal - you're missing the point - we know that you don't have a license to use those pics.

I don't list sites liek that - never have & never will - and I don't consider a site to be "free" if you have to register (like yours does after a few pics)

thanks for replying. I understand your point and Cleo's too. I just can't undertand, if you list free galleries with 30+ pics, and I put 30+ free pics before registering on my site(still for free, and i just increased the number to 40), why can't i get listed?

After my initial post, I decided that it was best to stay out of this. I still consider myself a newbie, after a couple of year, in the this biz. That is the reason I stay on this board because I want to learn from the best.

Anyway, I am not a newbie when it comes to image vote sites. Therefore, I am going to give you some very good advise. You might want to talk to attorney and see about doing something similar to http://www.ratedabooty.com/disclaimer.htm.

Do not pass go before you take down the image bearing the copyright notice of www.sweetlocals.com. Even if you have sign up with them, you are not showing a banner with their image. You are asking for trouble and this will not go very far when you are called - "If you see any pic that shouldn't be here email us at: webmaster@NudeScores.com".

Start over and seed the site with purchased content. You might want to try something from rockbottomcontent or Paul's bargainbasement site.
