Well, I guess it's something more. I can see what you are saying there, but from my "advertiser" standpoint, our product appeals to all eyes, but that's a unique situation in the industry.

I'd just hate to hear more complaining because people can't get the mag. There have been several times I've read threads where people said "Klixxx? What's that?" Or "Yea, I signed up for that 3 times and never got it."

Of course the $9.95 doesn't handle the cost/fee structure. It's simply a qualifying thing to make sure the reader is serious. But again, so is the "qualified subscriber" form. The way trade journals are distributed in all the other industries. I'm just pushing to get as many issues out to as many webmasters as possible for the good of the magazine. I mean there are basically 2 that I know of......Klixxx and AVNOnline for all of the adult online industry.

Certainly not a crowded space.

So how does that shake out? Let's say I'm considering an advertising campaign. How many qualified subscribers can Klixxx offer me, and what kind of base rates are we talking about for 1/4, 1/2 and full page ads?

True, you are in a unique situation with your business - so in your case marketing to surfers would be just as effective as marketing to webmasters. Unfortunately that's not so for most companies and sites.

Started getting AVN when it was ia2000, had our website written up in 2nd or 3rd issue.... started getting Klixxx a few years ago out of nowhere, must have signed up at one of the CES shows..anyway....i recently moved from Vegas to Colorado and now do not get anymore issues, how can I get my mags???????????????? I want 'em, I need 'em....|violin|
