Actually, aside from the certificate of vaccination on all galleries and links submitted, I was considering making a mandatory cavity search as well. :)

There's no room - DoJ has a large lube-free object in all our cavities already. |satan|

Dang! That's too bad, because I was kinda looking forward to the cavity search thingy :(

Definitely not changing the way we do business here - still linking to whatever sites get submitted - if they get approved they go through more scrutiny than DOJ could ever do :)

As far as "major entry points" and what pages need the statement - you might read the comments that DOJ posted with the approved text, as they say exactly what they consider where the statement is required

One thing that has been missed by most and is a requirement is that the link to your new page that has the documentation cannot just say 2257 - it has to say "18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance
Statement" - this is a specific requirement in the regs that did stay in. I noticed a lot of people just put a little link saying 2257 or 2257 statement - the words above have to be on that link and in whatever size they specify for that page

In 12 point text or the second largest font on the page, whichever is bigger.

So, in the real world I can put 12 point text on packaging quite easily, and it will be about 1/6" high. In the computer internet world, it losing meaning. Depending on your monitor, resolution and view settings, it could be from like 1/10" to 3/4" high.

I can force text to 12 point by using style sheets, but, "style" is blocked by a lot of listing sites because it can be used to load trojans. Yet a lot of recips use imbedded style commands.

They also don't seem to understand the technical aspects of graphic text. If I use 50 point text and then turn it into a graphic(morph, stretch, rotate, curve, extrude, image fill) for a banner, is it still 50 point text.

Lassiter:
"Otherwise, all DoJ would have to do to bust you is put up a dummy link list, add all the free sites of webmasters they want to bust, and then go to it."
Don't be going giving them ideals.
On the other hand maybe I'll put one up!

no plans here - but I will try everything and pull all legal drawers to not require 2257 info from webmasters submitting to me
