I submitted my email addy. I do mainly tgp galleries as well, so hopefully you'll accept those too.:)

Currently, and I stress currently, we are only looking at free site submissions. Jim mentioned the possibility of listing galleries in the future, but not in this phase.

Just submitted my email, though I have only build 1 freesite this year (been busy blogging lol) , but most LL owners know I don't submit crap ;)
I plan on building freesites again on a regural basis soon, I got burnt out an decided to try some new stuff..
