As far as reviews I think he is way behind yes. I noticed for the longest time it was updated on Sept 11 and now I see the next update is dated for Sept 26 so there is a big gap.

I guessed the new owner may have been caught up in changing linkcodes and generally getting up to speed. I'll keep an eye out for those lovely acceptance emails :)
