Illegal? No, it is not that straight. The situation is pretty much the same as in Russia - no laws to define the legal way. That's why doing adult biz in BY may cause a problem, 'cause police can use laws as they like. Simple.
About prison: it is true for rape and incest. Not true for adult. |
