Ibill is still taking on new clients, and promising that all there troubles are old news and in the past. Justtry calling them up today, and hear them tell you themselves, meanwhile the vast majority of folks who ever used them are sitting waiting for checks that will never come.

Candy had some good points. Even now with 2005 payments on new processing they are behind. :(

Ibill owed me 2k for under 30 days of processing...
I lost 2800 in rebills and memberships when i had to start my OWN merchant account to stay in business...

I filed a suit for the 5k in small claims, they decided to answer my calls after 1 year of calling when they got the suit... if I agreed to drop the suit they would pay 80% of the 2k instead of nothing due to bankruptcy...
The sent me a contract with an amount of 700 bucks, and said over the phone that first data (thier bank) had the other 7-800 that was still being held...
I contacted first data and they said they had the money and that ibill would be getting it in less then 30 days... I signed the contract they sent me 700 on a check 8 weeks late, when I asked about the first data money they stated that it was not on the contract....

I did some reaseach on Ibill... they have invested over 250k into charity boys and girls club of miami
and they started 2 new companies doing mainstream work... selling coupons and certificates for resturants, tan salons, etc....

They still owe money to AVN.com

You guys would be amazed at how many companies they still process for. They are a major gateway for those who hold thier own merchant accounts.

If I ever find out about a sponsor I use promoting them I would delete all links and cease all promotion.
