Well, this thread tuned into something much different than where i thot it woud go. Dats Good. :)

I have some great ideas now. The gears are turning, slowly, but turning none the less.

Cleo, that linking strategy of yours, is that within one domain or are you crosslinking your domains thru the "hubs".

Good ideas, whatever it is youre doing seems to work.|idea|

I have a link to my hub in almost every page I build.

Well, I dont post a lot but this thread interested me because I have spent alot of work on my hub. This is how mine works. It's basically a self promoting private link list for my own sites. I have an index page that "niches down" to about 30 Search engine optimized FPA's that all link together. It also has an enter link where surfers can get to my list of free site, galleries and sponsor galleries. Plenty of advertising and plent of text for the SE's. It's at the root of the domain I do most of my freesite building. As cleo added in another thread surfers will often knock off part of your URL when they get to your freesites (surfers are very nosey!!). You can also "bleed" surfers into your hub through links just like a Link list would. If done right a hub can be self-generating. What I mean is that the pages get indexed in the engines and pull traffic on their own. My hub has about 40 SEO pages. It has no linking to it other than my own internal and it has a PR4!! And about twenty of the pages are new so they haven't been indexed yet. So thats a hub in my humble opinion. Oh, BTW you can get creative and add "porn review sites" and all kinds of other stuff. A hub is you keep working on it can provide a nice flow of traffic with minimal effort. Damn, this post has become very long winded |zzzzzzzzz
