my digital camera sort of broke the other day. More of an analog failure than a digital failure since it does take pictures... somewhat. You would think a digital camera being digital, and knowing that digital means on or off, a digital camera would work or not work. So, I get to find a new camera that takes pictures. Not that much that I take pictures of is really worthy of film, but, hey, if it is digital, its not cutting down silver trees for developer. I don't really take good pictures anyhow -- certainly not the quality that Robin Williams would be proud of.
Other than that, I decided to try a new piece of software for a project. If the software works the way I suppose it should, I'll probably use it for a few other projects I've been mulling for the last few years. Back to work for me. :) |

Well, as always it's feast or famine in the work department for me. Had a 2week break from one job and just got a call that although overall hours have been cut, they canned the other guy so I'll be working anywhere from the same to double the hours. Of course, during that 2 week time of uncertainly, I managed to pick up two other part-time jobs/projects in addition to my usual adult chore list (no extra pocket $ makes me panic). So just when I was starting to get organized enough to actually accomplish everything on time, I'm scrambling again.. Boy I'm glad I bought that dishwasher! |loony| |
My date just called me, he was 45 mins late to Chicago and told DrB to skip their date since he wouldn’t have the time and now he has a delay to MCO so he is all by himself walking outside so he can smoke.
No sloppy seconds for me it sounds like I am getting me a fresh man tonight! |

I lived in northern California for a few years. It was great… In the dry season the hills would all turn brown and then catch on fire burning all the houses on them. Then would come the rainy season and with no vegetational on the hills to hold the dirt together you would get mud sides that would kill the people in their beds sleeping. All above fun plus earthquakes. Hurricanes at least give you days warning and unless you are really stupid don't usually kill you. Guess this is why I live where I live. Speaking of which there does seem to be something brewing out there. |
