on the XM note..i called this morning and canceled my 2 accounts (which I didn't know i could have a shared plan) and of course they asked me why.. so I told the stupid little twit why..then she said..hold on..
told me that it would take at least 1 billing cycle to cancel and that she could authorize me for 4 months free service if i didn't cancel. I told her if one more nickel came out of my account that i would deny the charges and they could sue my phat ass. and Gary Parsons (CEO of XM) can kiss my ass.. she said.. wait for it... but.......
I know this is gonna be unpopular

Imus wasn't done in by the government
it was a reaction of the free market system in reaction to what he said. He had every right to say what he did and the advertisers had every right to say I don't want to be associated with those kinds of comments

also when you work for a company you are a represintive of that company so that company can and should expect you to act a certian way

Ok the part about Imus was a given..commercial AM/FM radio.. but the whole point of satellite is to give an open voice to many different genres that we PAY for to have virtually commercial free.. there is no giving into the sponsors on the part of XM.. it was totally because of the pending merger with Sirius and that the FCC-while it doesn't regulate it like it does for AM/FM radio--it does have a say if the merger can go through. The fact that it would create a monopoly would be a major factor in nixing it but now O&A's remarks about Condi have opened it up to politics..and trust me they have dogged worse about others.. she got off lucky .. so XM buckled to the pending FCC hearing.

I heard that Gary Parsons r*ped Condi Rice. Pass it on. |thumb

As per our glorious history, tiny groups of humorless cunts are forcing broadcast companies to censor their talent. The advertisers wouldn't otherwise give two fucks what is said by Imus or O&A. The advertisers didn't pull out on Imus because they were personally offended. They reacted the way did because a few anti-free speech vigilantes bullied them with nonsense.

Advertisers and weak-ass broadcast companies have all the right in the world to do whatever they wish. More power to them (cocksuckers). I find it more disturbing that more Americans don't see the real issue or aren't troubled by it. I need to get myself a foil hat so I can sit around not caring about bullshit like this.

That giant sucking sound you are soon to hear are "shorties" and all of us "fatties" moving in mass to Mass.
