I got spam from McCain today telling me to go to his website to apply for an absentee ballot.
I'm thinking of applying at McCain's site for the absentee ballot and then using it to vote for Obama. |

Considering where I live, I doubt either one will send me an email. |

Then I got one that said DO NOT BEND PHOTO ENCLOSED so I was nosey & opened it. It's a pic of Palin & McCain (odd that she is on the left?) Her hands were raised up over her shoulders and his were, well, ya know |pokefun||huh The last one had a Fed Ex envelope asking for money. You could put your check in & send it to them collect, so I sealed up an empty envelope & sent it on it's way |thumb |
They (mccain camp) sent out phony absentee ballots and if you throw it out then you won't be able to vote. You have to take it with you to the polls. Some people don't know this. I really wish we could have a clean election process.

I thought this was pretty amusing..

I was reading the recent avn online and it was saying that so much has changed under the bush administration towards less enforcement of first amendment rights that whoever wins this next election could really effect the erotica industry. So I just might get my ass to the poles and vote this time around even though I’ve never voted before. |club|

Dear Friend, Drive for Change to New Mexico Last week, the McCain campaign admitted it doesn't want to talk about the economic issues facing Americans across the country. Instead they want to launch false attacks on Barack's character. With only four weekends left to talk to undecided voters, we need your help to fight back against the McCain campaign's lies and accusations, and help get out Barack's message of change. And the best way you can help with that fight is to travel to New Mexico -- a key battleground in this election -- for one or more weekends. And if you can, the Campaign for Change needs you to spend at least two of the four days preceding Election Day in New Mexico. Will you Drive for Change and take a short trip to make a big difference? The New Mexico Campaign for Change is hard at work reaching out to undecided voters. But polls show a small lead in a very close race, and history tells us that every vote counts. Al Gore won New Mexico by less than 400 votes -- John Kerry lost by just over 6,000. That's why Obama supporters need to step up and travel to New Mexico. Undecided voters in New Mexico have to hear why this country can't afford four or eight more years of George Bush's failed policies, and face-to-face contact is the most effective way to help build the Campaign for Change. Campaign housing is limited, so please make your own arrangements if possible. Time is running out. Sign up now to come to New Mexico this weekend -- and invite your friends and family to come along: http://my.barackobama.com/CometoNM We can't do this without you. Thanks, Adrian |
Yep, I'm voting. My state is pretty solid red here, though. Some of the churches are saying Obama is the anti-Christ. Oh well, that's still better than McCrazy and Failin.

I will definitely b e voting this year. My oldest just turned 18 and he has already registered and will be voting as well. I think it will be a record turnout all over the country.

My wife and I just voted and our absentee ballots are in the mail |thumb

Palin is sad, she doesn't have the intellectual horsepower needed to be VP let alone governor of alaska. I just want to see what happens to her career if mccain loses and she goes back to alaska.

I can't bring myself to think about that it's too frightening.
