Your warning text take up a lot space. If I were you, I'd put that in scrolling textarea at about 50-75% width of the page. It's really a huge boring chunk of text that no on is going to read, so toss it all in a textarea box put a bold warning above it, such as CAUTION: ADULT CONTENT.
This one is my old standby (you're free to use it): HTML Code:
<p style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica; font-size:14px; font-weight:bold; text-align:center;">ENTERING THIS SITE SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING</p> Also, I don't know if AEBN gives you the opportunity to use deep links, but if they do, I'd link directly to some other internal page than the site's warning page. You're sending a surfer from one adult site to another, so there's no good reason to warn them about adult content again. You won't make a sale on AEBN's warning page. :) (BTW, if you look at their warning page, you'll see what I mean about shrinking down that exit link.) |
Huh?
2257 on warning page? Nobody has advised me that was a rule.
Yes, I have shrunk the warning box a lot. Thanks No, AEBN has no deep links available, but I do rather well with them actually. I've been with them a very long time and have quite a good downline. |

Most of my sales come from the "warning" page so I'm putting up as many links as allowed on that page.
|
2257
OK, enter, leave, and U.S.C. 2257 links on warning page.
That in its self is 3 links. Am I right? That's the limit, right? |

So you can put up 3 other links to sponsors on your index page. |
OK

I am fascinated by your and Fonzi's stats concerning sales on the first two pages.... thanks for that! Very helpful- |
I am sooooo upset!

just inside their warning page. Well, now I find they do not track these pages. They only track links directly to their warning pages. No stats/no sales! I hope I'm not in trouble and I certainly don't want to get black listed any where, but I did a global find and replace on these sites and changed the AEBN links. |banghead
Maybe we can get someone from AEBN in here to talk with us about this.
Liz ... are you around? Or anyone else from AEBN?
I talked....
I spoke to April about this, but if there's somebody that
is more knowledgeable than her, it would be great! |
Okay... just to be clear...did April say that if you send traffic to anything but their warning pages you will not be paid?
| |
April
No, April never said that. Liz got in touch with me and she
and April are trying to figure it out. But, of course, AEBN's stats are down.... they should be back up in a half hour or so. Liz doesn't understand it.....why it's not recording anything beyond the warning page. Do you use AEBN and link to the page/s inside their warning page? |
I did in the past but now really only use custom theaters on subdomains like the one mentioned in my earlier post. There is no traffic tracking on those either, just counts of members and revenue, but you can link to anywhere you want inside those.
|
I learned...
Well, I basically learned, not to do it again.....
With April's help.... |banghead
Oh yeah Dollpix, another thing (off topic),
If you submit freesites with movies you might want to submit them to the specific category pages and not to the general movie page. Milf Movies go into MILF, Ebony movies go into Black/Ebony. |
Thanks
Thanks, Some LL's want this, some don't. I'll try to remember
that yours does. |
