I also think you should crop your thumbs using photo shop or something rather than resize the big pictures. With cropped thumbs you can make the surfer click your large images to check out what the thumb is all about. Once he starts clicking he is more likely to click the link to the sponsor too IMO.

Well my ratio is getting a little better. My last gallery listed with the hun got me 2.94% to sponsers. Still no sales though. Im gonna try A different sponser.
