Like a lot of people that get their ass in a sling you can't read very well. He did NOT say "fair use" was started by thieves. He DID say that "public domain" was started by thieves.

I went to the website:

You are using for purposes of PROMOTION and MARKETTING... not commentary. Therefore, you can't call fair use.

I seriously hope you have some lawyers on retainer, playboy especially don't fuck around on this issue (you ain't been around long enough to know that they have even sued their own girls over use of their logo and such...)

yah, you're right about playboy; I removed all their images with the ones they provide in PlayBoy Cash and the same with Mr Skin.

I revamped my galleries for the time being (still looks like shit)

Didn't they even have an issue with using 'playboy' or 'playmate' in keyword META TAGS?

i think i jumped in late what was he trying to do use pictures from other sponsors to promote other sponsors and think that was ok and thats the first time i seen greenie tell someone to fuck off LOL LOL
