I had stopped submitting to Richard's Realm awhile back because their backlog was so huge, but they are caught up now. How many can you submit a day to him? Anyone submitted more than one a day? I don't really see a limit on the rules.

I'm really not sure what is going on with the connections. It's odd though.

RedCherry, The premium submits allows 3 TGP and 3 MGP galleries a day. I'd have to look into the free submits. It's either an hourly limit or one per person a day. I honestly can't remember which it is right now.
