debauchery.com and freepicssex.com both have a lot of category pages targeting a lot of different niches that are doing really well on Google. |waves|

If you want Traffic, simply submit to the biggies.
If you want Sales, submit to as many LL's as you have time for. (ie, I have 2 hours per day to simply submit, by hand of course, how fast is my connection and how many can I submit too?)

Most sponsors have URL tracking, so don't worry about which site made the sale, you'll be able to see. Don't count on seeing asmallerlinklist.com in your sales stats often, but don't be surprised when the ratio is under 1:50.

I have to agree with Linkster - I was doing this serp testing for some time :) Since 3/4 of my sites I built are lesbians I gotta love LOR with its #1 for "lesbian sex" :)

Jay sends loads of quality traffic, but I think I'd do even better with him if I'll get there more reality sites.

+ I have to agree with dareutwo - I was surprised that many of my sales are coming from doorway pages with LL's I never thought I'll get any signups from.

Also I think the time each LL is online is an important factor...
If a LL is active from 1996 till now It have to be great.... like freepicsex, smutgremlins etc. etc. etc.

Exackly! The reason is pretty obvious.. at the big LL the traffic comes mostly from horny bookmarkers and trades but at small LL the surfer most likely found his link at google subpage# 323 - so he is VERY patiend and he knows what exackly he is looking for (he surely checked top 25 links at google. He must has found some free porn there but he is still loking for stuff he got on mind...

Do these sponsors allow you to track which site actually sent the hit?

I've personally never seen one one that could do this. The best I've seen could let me know the refer of the hits. But not the actual sales. This can be helpful with TGP galleries.

How would you structure a freesite to be able to track where the sales came from? I would imagine most of the sales come from the galleries or the main page. As a result the referer data wouldn't be much help in tracking down the source of the sale.

Well as far as I know the most sales in my (and not only my) case
are done from index page... so if its a doorway lets say warning.html you know what recip links to what LL's you have there...

Marker from http://www.premium-sex-links.com has had a nasty drive crash the last couple of days and is in the process of re-installing :( so... he has asked me if I could reply to this for him.

The verification code needs to have cookies enabled to show. Mark has received a total of 4 webmasters email him about this and has sent detailed responses to them. In fact the cookie issue was the problem for 3 of them, and the 4th is a mystery :( Maybe your email has been mixed up with spam or something. But please be rest assured all emails are responded to :) Maybe you could try sending him a private message here... I know he does get those emails.

Another tip with that code on PSL and LF is there are no numbes there... just letters, so O's are not Zeros.

BTW Link Fab may not send masses of traffic... but all those surfers are groovers :D And any submissions will remain in the list for the life of the site, assuming the sites do not go to 404's redirects etc.

I agree! Based on a test I ran on TGP's a couple of years ago, I think that asmallerlinklist.com's traffic will come from SE's. So in theory their traffic should be a better quality.

One other thing, remember the important thing is the bottom line so when analyzing your stats compare your sales with your bandwidth cost.

I would have to agree with what Cleo said earlier as well about trial and error. It has taken me over a year now to get my list of LL's that I submit each and every site to, including a bunch of smaller ones that may not have the volume of traffic, but that I know I have made sales from.

I also have, over the course of time, dropped a couple of the bigger LL's because the hoops I have had to jump through to keep submitting just didn't bear out through my stats, and added other ones and been pleasantly surprised at the productivity.

I would think there are too many variables and variations in the way someone puts a site together to be able to make it all black and white

Hasudam mentioned www.persiankitty.com, if you looking for best traffic it is probably there - You can submit only 3 times per month but it's worthy Your time. Bad thing in PK is Your links must be removed before You post new one. LL's normally keep Your links for a long time, such LL's which is the best (for me) is: Link-o-Rama, PenisBot, WetPlace - their traffic is also great.
