RIGHT FUCKING ON JIM |thumb
I swore two things to myself last summer
when Raw Alex pulled all my free sites after I stated there was no way in hell I was ever going to be 2257 compliant because the whores would never agree to it and I only shoot soft core so I didn't have to be.

1, I would never post to another 2257 thread again. "what can I say your newsletter moved me" :D

2, Someday I would let Raw Alex know exactly what a fucking insult that was, and how I took it.
So Raw Alex if my Free sites were pulled becouse you don't trust my morals ethics and judgment and think I've been photographing underage girls You've got yourself a big can of woop ass coming.
If my free sites were pulled becouse I said there's no way I would ever get the girls to sign model releases pay attention for a second, I don't need to "I only shoot soft core pictures of registered Mexican Sex workers" I'm in compliance with Mexican law and US law so get back in the kitchen to gossip with the women and sissies you faggot |pimpin

BillPMB 2005-06-09 10:41 PM

Cool heads always prevail folks.

It's pretty much a slam dunk for the FSC once they file for their injunctions and even if they didn't get them, in court, this reg will get pissed on.

Very nicely said Jim.

Hey folks. :) Tommy, are you still racing muscle cars around?

hello all :) this is my first post - been doing some reading on your board and i like the way you folks think :)
a thing that interests me is this = nobody on any board i have read has mentioned 1 small fact = the bill of rights clearly states that all usa citizens has the right to privacy yet it seems to me this 2257 law clearly violates that right - i hope every model sues the government big time for this violation
thanks for listening :)

Dagwolf 2005-06-10 12:12 AM

Yep, you're in a mood allright. :D

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man. -- George Bernard Shaw

unfortunately the current administration doesn't feel the constitution applies to them or they only use the parts they like..
kind of like christians and the bible. selective passages, misapplied to fit their current situation.

Commissary comes by 2 a week. |cool|

Urban Legends 2005-06-10 01:19 AM

I don't know how serious Jim is about this, but i do know that this industry has always needed guys to stand up and take the heat and be willing to do what it takes for the good of the community. And whether you like these guys or not, from their personalities to what they produce, we all owe them for what they went thru so we could enjoy the benfits (from Larry Flint to Rob Black).

It was in 96 I believe when a different, much worse law was passed that would put us all out of business. It went to the Supreme Court twice (the same guys there now) and was struck down twice.

The jist of the Supreme Court decision was "The internet is the last place of true free speach. We will not harm it".

Jim 2005-06-10 07:58 AM

And I will keep saying this...If a law is unjust, it is our duty to break it.

If I was not serious, I would not have not only posted but also emailed my home address. By the way, you guys might want to remember that address for August 1st...my birthday :)

Jim 2005-06-10 08:33 AM

I would have given out my phone number too but...I really don't need everybody calling me all day :)

Fuck these fear mongers...Get a fucking life and figure out a different way to make money. You remind me of a holy man asking for donations to go to heaven.

So when will you be breaking this law your so vocal about?

It's really fucking easy to scream "Come Arrest Me" when you're not breaking the law.

If you had 170 domains & countless free sites & galleries & paysites & 225k pics floating around with your name on them, you would not be singing this song.

Call me an ass - call me "Pete Panic" - I don't care - but don't encourage everyone to follow you when your the last person that the DOJ would look at if & when this goes thru.

dont even mention it all..i have about 200+ domains with bought content, free sponsor content, all kind of stuff, fpa, fake tgp, hubs, avs ,free sites, and yes i am that sloppy person who dont have all on file with what i have where and who.......do i care about the 2257....on a certain point i do, i do care at that point if an sponsor email me with " hey dont use this or that" then i am panicking and getting angry because if i want to keep my sponsor accounds i have to play by their rules....even if i am an foreign person, so even i dont think the us law will knock at my door, i am still afraid sponsors will close my accounds if i not follow their rules on the 2257.....on this moment bizz sucks huge, i think i had to change to many shit the last year with sponsors changing stuff and getting broke and now the 2257, i spoke to more dutch webmasters all say, hey i am not an US person, yep i agree so what the fuck with the 2257, but ever think of the fact an sponsor will tell you they dont allow you to use their hardcore free content anymore per 23 jun or banners or dropping paysites, well say again ducthies.... still wont follow that request, well then dont nag when an sponsor close your accound, so even we are not by the US law, it will involved us too...and that makes me work for 24 hours now the next freaken fucking days to fix my shit|cry|

What the fuck is wrong with you? There were plenty of galleries of mine until you redirected them. Once moved, they will all be up there and I will post links to everything.

I called you nothing. But I do say that it is our duty to break an unjust law.

Jim 2005-06-10 05:41 PM

And as I said a million times...Some of us have been through much worse than this. Maybe when everyone sees this is just bullshit, people I thought would never get paranoid will stop being paranoid.

I hope so at least.

Pusher 2005-06-10 06:23 PM

You've got 14 free sites that all have a date on them of Feb 2004 - which means they were all moved there on that date, so they are all at least 15 months old & have little or no traffic (plus, lets remember that you didn't even know they were there until I told you I redirected them)

Do you really think that the DOJ will come after you & your 300 pics? And I know you're gonna say "I wish they would" or something like that, but the odds on them actually looking at you is about the same as winning the lottery.

And no, you didn't call me anything, but you know that this thread started after you & I talked on the phone yesterday about what was going on with the content on the servers.

I fear that you stating this opinion might push someone that was on the fence to the (potential) law breaking side & |buddy| forbid they get fucked because you've got such big balls.

I redirected everything - fuck it - I don't care anymore - I make most of my money off LOR & other link lists & TGP's & that's what I do best.

Love ya |smooch|

You only need it on a sexually explicate image. Nothing sexually explicate about that image.

I guess some might say that it is sexually explicate but until someone can define exactly what is sexually explicate and what is not I say that image is a science pic showing the inner workings of human anatomy for educational purposes to further broaden the knowledge of the human race for the good of all.

yeah right , i live in the country where nothing is taboe..the netherlands, i have free sites dating 2001 no 2257 and i cant get that either anymore, i realy dont care about the 2257 US law, i live in holland we can smoke weed and we may fuck an 16 year old one, but i have to obey at the rules when an sponsor calls me up to remove the free hardcore content i use of them on my sites, they dont have the papers probably so what to do else? keep the stuff up and get my accounds closed? give me some advice here .realy i didnt worrie about the whole 2257, hell i dont have to live by the US rules, but i use US sponsors..they say pull, oke i have to pull, i have tons of stuff around dating from 2001 when there was no shit with 2257, i have content from content providers who are not around anymore, i dont care about that, lett them get at my door, but if sponsors ask i will remove it all.

This is a perfect example - she's hosted in the US so she has to follow the US laws - just like if she was driving in the US, she'd have to follow the US speed limits.

yep i am hosted in us, now it seems that the hosting companies cant be blamed for the things that the webmasters do in the new 2257, so it wouldnt make an difference if i used dutch host or US, but i do use US sponsors and there is the difference i have to keep by their rules and that is the new 2257 and i am not gonna risk closing my accounds.i worked hard to get where i am now and i wanna stay, so sponsors have the last word for me and i stil hate to change my things |cry|

By Monday, I will have at least 10,000 pictures linked from thumbnail pages and I will post the url to them all. I mean, I have no idea what else to do.

Does it matter how much traffic you have going to the pictures? Anyone can feel free to link to them and place on the link "Looking for non-2257 compliant content, click here" that wants to.

This is basically more of a principal to me. Don't think I won't walk the walk along with talking the talk. In NYS you must have a DOT approved motorcycle helmet. My helmet is a piece of leather much like an old timey pilot used to wear. Why do I wear that? Helmet laws are much like seatbelt laws and even 2257. They are unjust.
