I think the problem with those charges were that they carried the stipulation of "in (during?) the commission of a felony" and since he was found not guilty on the felony charges....

I think not.

Maybe he thought it is worth for him to pay out that boy and to live in peace, without any stress at court. And now he said it was enough, I can not pay out all childern who were ever in Neverland, lets go to court and see if I am guilty or not. Maybe.

Kinky 2005-06-13 06:16 PM

OJ is innocent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ooops I mean

MJ is innocent!!!!!!!!!!

there will probably be a civil lawsuit filed and he will be found guilty and ordered to pay another assload of money just like OJ

If the system works differently for poor and rich, which I am sure it does, and the poor guy gets convicted when the evidence doesn't support it, then yes, the system is faulty. But what I'm reading between the lines here is that MJ should suffer the same injustice because he's rich.

Fido 2005-06-13 06:19 PM

MJ is easy target, if I would tell to some newspaper that MJ molested me in Neverland, I would probably make a lot of $$$ from interviews sooner, then someone would notice, that I have never been in USA :)

at least at our system you get some jail, famouse or not:D

I think the guy is just having some real mental issues. I mean you watch the specials and he's like in his 40's and having kids climb trees with him and sleep with him. He may fit the profile 100% of a camp counsler/CP lover. But I really feel good about the ruling. 12 people saw what they saw and made their choice on logic and evidence. On OJ that was differant. If memory serves there was DNA in that case which made everything think 100% the juice had to have done it. But in the MJ case doubt is all you need. I mean I was not in the house and I'm pretty sure most everyone here was not there either. I wish I was. A little touchy touchy from MJ might make me moonwalk to the bank. But I guess not this time.

juggernaut 2005-06-13 09:59 PM

Oh one last thing. How many of you will watch the interview with him? lol I know I'll be glued to the tv cause it will be just Charming, thats all, not sexual, just Charrrrrrrming

Juggernaut I think you got issues LOL if you think any interview wacko jacko gives as Chaaaaarrrrrrming

terry 2005-06-13 11:49 PM

I really just wanted to see what he would get for being found guilty.. even if he is or isnt guilty. What would it be, house arrest, no being around kids for a year? Its just crazy. But I must admit, I thought he was innocent till I started following it in the news.. they made me believe he was guily.. those bastards!

I heard they had already reserved a cell in a maximum secured prison between serial killers and criminals like that because at that maximum secured facility he would have been "better protected" against other inmates... Ah well, we'll never know.

It just shows that if you have a shit load of money in America, you can get away with anything. But what a shitty witness the mother was. The jurors believe he molested boys, just not this one.

Greenguy 2005-06-14 09:10 AM

Has anyone brought up the dumb blonde with the doves yet?

I was hoping for a guilty verdict on just one of the counts so that she'd have to kill one of them :D

docholly 2005-06-14 09:32 AM

i thought it pretty sad that i was more excited when the self-serving smug ass reporters on fox-news were proven wrong in their assumptions of guilt than i was when the verdict was read.

'the district attorney went into the court looking like the cat who swollowed the cream'

'the jury has filed in and is not looking at mj, but staring directly at the judge a sure sign they have found him guilty and cannot stomach to look at him'

'this could be his final moments of freedom when he walks through this door'

and yes, the blonde with the doves and praying was just pathetic.

and i really wanted to slap joe jackson for being such a mofo parent that he would turn his son into someone who hates himself so much he cannot bare to look like himself.

do i think he molests boys.. absolutely. do i think he molested this boy.. who knows..the mother's greed muddied the water so much that it was really hard to see the truth.

and i do agree with airdick, that a jury, not necessarily of his peers, cuz who could find 12 people who used to be black, rich and have a liz taylor obession, found him not guilty.

he cannot stop. even though he escaped this time.. there will be another. and another and one day he will be caught, tried and justice will prevail. and lets not forget he's growing his own at home.. 'i call him blanket'

|angry|

sue-fl 2005-06-14 10:55 AM

Excellant post docholly!! You said it all, the part about his dad is right on. I think he is a very sick man and I really worry about is kids. He'll just keep them quiet with his money and they'll grow up to do the same thing.......very sad!

juggernaut 2005-06-14 12:13 PM

His kids, you mean Blanket? There should be a law about naming your kids after cloth objects. That name implies way to much. Hum I need a Blanket to cover my naked body at night so i dont get cold. I love the way this Blanket feels on my smooth creamy skin. When I sleep at night I love to place the Blanket between my legs, it just feels better that way.
This guy is just another screwed up person. But Unfortunatly his fame did get him off. They can say doubt all they want but fact is, and we all know this. If it was the local Mc Donalds manager giving kids free food and romps on the playgound after hours. He would be crying in a cell as we speak.

Kinky 2005-06-14 01:02 PM

one of the fucking jurors said in an interview he believes MJ has molested boys

"I feel that Michael Jackson probably has molested boys," juror Raymond Hultman said after yesterday's dramatic verdict.

and the jury foreman made this statement:

"We would hope . . . that he doesn't sleep with children any more," he said.
