Would love to go, but with the new job I think the wife and I will be looking for something closer. Would not be a good thing for me to take off of work being so new in the company. But we have talked alot recently about hitting one of these.

Did Vegas last 2 years; enjoyed the first time, but last year we couldn't find anyone to hang out with, and the show was decidedly ho-hum.

At least this is just a one hour flight, I got a full fair ticket back so I can leave when I want and I'll have some friends there for CES. And hopefully, some of the great people I met this last week at webaccess west will be there too.

Marley and I hit the States Dec 5th, xmas in Alabama, we'll troll about the east coast for a month, Philly, NY, Atlanta, Florida and probably hit the Keys, then to the Vegas show, we'll probably spend 9th-18th in LA, then back to Australia.
Then we're in New Zealand in March.

I think there is a Homewood Suites just a few blocks away that starts at around $58 a night plus tax. A lot of the hotels are booked up, but there IS a Motel 6 in Las Vegas--complete with huge Neon sign!! |shocking|

I also think about arranging a webmaster party at our club, in the centre of Prague, inviting all the girls for fun, restaurant, cocktails, dancefloor, pool, sauna ....all inclusive.
