You have 4 outgoing links (3 to sponsor, 1 from exit page) coming from your index page. You can only have a max of 3.

I dont think your getting the blind link thing. It needs to some what spell out where the surfer will go when they click. Or have a sponsors name/site in the text. Many blind links on this one.

Right off the bat, you have a paragraph of linked text, many will decline for that.

... but why dont you link this text instead of turning it into jpg? The site would load faster and search engines just love text so you would get higher chance of being picked

But, I suspect you're going to have issues with some reviewers on that huge vertical ad on the left of all pages. Yep, the lower portion of it isn't blind anymore since it states the paysite name. But, that paysite name is way too far removed from the clickable picture of the girl up top. Especially on the gallery pages where you have the same girl in the pictures. That paysite link very much becomes a sponsor clickable thumb. I know I'd decline the site based on that ad :(

If you slice that thing in two and only link the lower portion "Click to see my blah blah"...that would correct the problem.

Oh, and as far as I know sexysites.com is not taking any submits at the moment

I know you're struggling with english, but some of the language on that site is pretty bad.
