Urb this is what I am talking about gloryifying I haven't been here for three days, I gave up when one webmaster I thought to me was one of the greatest around said I was an idiot. I knew if others were going to start, it was useless to carry on. So where is the unrest really coming from Urb? And you certainly don't see me carrying on a fight with myself - WOW!

Then as far as saying I own some of the best names in the industry, you wish to upset that too, with your overly pathetic style of prose. I didn't say, the best and most widely known as you wish to make people believe. I am just proud of the ones I own and nothing you nor anyone else here can say or do that would make me regret, what I say or do.

Linkster two can play at this game and you know I am pretty tired of the high on the hog attitudes. You dug far and deep to find threads I posted on regarding search engines. First, I will ask you this, is there such a thing (doorway page) called robots.txt? There are three that are accepted by SE's, only one may end up being indexed by them.

Now, before you answer the question about what a doorway page is, here's the answer you gave someone already I don't think this is the question this poor webmaster asked.

A doorway page is a "bridge" page, a page it uses to "jump" to other pages within a web site, there are three used by SE's name em genious. As far as cloaking goes and meta tags well, I was learning about them and put it to the board to say whether or not they were indeed a good idea - that's all, and asking this shows way back when it was asked, that I was Not, Not King of SE Wisdom. No one is genious!

Next, meta tags, as with this board, certain post can redirect, or even crash the board, you may or not believe this, but it is true. And the other end of it is redirects, as I said in the post you extracted that from. Webmasters don't want to go through headache of searching throgh countless meta tags, for mistakes or redirects.

Then, a whole complete part of redirects and whether or not it is good to use them, when a gallery is submitted to a TGP, they only house the link for it for 1 year, at most. To respect them, I do not tamper with the page, but after that there is little likelihood that not one TGP will have a link to that page. And under SE rules (most of them) a redirect page with no less than a 15 delay is okay and won't hurt your ratings.

Next, I ask for a list of SE's to search for? Yes, Adult SE's and I was given the appropriate pages to go through. Unfortunately, we can not reference other boards here.

About disputing anyone, I did not dispute anything DD had to say, I came in right behind him and responded in pretty much the same way, the thread went south, when someone told the "newer webmaster" not to follow someone elses suggestions.

But yet this "other board" you went too, you engaged in a lengthy conversation with a webmaster there who gave the same type of suggestions as I did and his intrepretation of Googles Subdomains/Doorways.

Again, shame we cannot reference other boards here, So I can show this. Here's the thread with DangerDave and I see nothing in my response, that disputes what he says:

And about xxxjay, the only thing I said to him was I was sorry to hear about his misgivings with Yahoo. And and jokingly said, please don't ban me cause I love his traffic.

Now in either case if this is disputing anyone, then I am wrong. And about this very prominent TGP owner, me and him are very good friends, thank you. We enjoy a lot of laughs together and share a lot of good info on the board and I believe he is one of the greatest persons online too. So now what?

As far as Netpond goes and it being a board too, I had no idea, cause like I said, I didn't pay attention to it - cause it wasn't what I went there for. I knew however, it was an LL to submit to and this is all I cared about.

All said and done, what I have heard about certain LL owner's believing they were gods, I come here and find that there is some truth in this. But in reality, discension is created not solely out of arrogance, but out of someone trying to keep all the newebmasters to themselves. If I had this desire when I first came here, I do know how to use the sig file, but as you see, nothing to attract submitters to my site.

But, with the newest guy coming in here saying he was with AWS, and that he aired his beliefs and got banned, I see no-one here saying to him - "Hey look if you raise Taboo issues here, be prepared to be banned from several LL's, and get the worst ride of your life anywhere on any board"

Although most of the webmasters who replied here are genuinely nice people, I see several snakes standing out like soar thumbs. But why didn't anyone say, hey if you talk about free hosts, or autosubmitters here, you will be attacked endlessly, both behind your back and on the board.

Outside of the great webmasters who frequent this board and I thank them for who they are. You few scumbags and you know who you are - I don't really care to know you!

So, like I said, I am tired of riding a merry-go-round that goes no where, it's unfortunately a useless cause.

And for those of you who are great people, I am sorry you must be subjected to these demeaning conditions, I hope you find the truth - elsewhere - cause you aint finding it here - that's in MHO.

Before you go, let's just take a look back at this thread and see if we can learn anything from it. :)

1) I am not carrying on a fight with myself - you posted on the 28th and I posted one reply on the 29th. Why am I not allowed to respond to you?

2) During this thread you have called me "moron", "pathetic", "idiot", "snake", "clown" and "puny brained". Are you always so pleasant towards people who disagree with you?

3) Your previous board activity seems to be centered around Newbie Message Boards, where the majority of posters will not question your here say statements about search engines, and the minority who do know better are too polite to rock your boat.

I assume you have come to this board to develop your link list and free sites business? This board has probably the highest concentration of link list owners you will find. People who have long experience working against the huge tide of cheaters and scammers. So when you start posting about auto-submits, free/shared revenue hosting and search engine issues as if you are an authority on the subject, you will stand out like a sore thumb and you will be corrected. As a link list owner you should know that auto-submits are a nightmare to deal with and will clog up your admin.

4) When corrected, you then post abusive language (see point 2).

5) I have complete faith in the search engine advice given in this forum, specifically by Linkster, DangerDave, xxxjay, Bill, etc.. because I have seen firm evidence over time of them being correct. Some of the statements you have made are simply not correct.

6) None of us "know it all", this is why all webmaster message boards are important. But you cannot expect to make friends and forge links here by being condescending towards the very people who could have helped you. Respect is something you should have learned 40 years ago. Instead you continue with your self defeating attitude.

I realise I am wasting keystrokes on you, but at least other people will make up their own minds about how you got off on the wrong foot in this forum and when challenged, you started hurling insults.

Urb, you are correct when you say, you are more than welcome to reply to a response of anyone's on the board and I for one am more than happy to hear from someone who has something beneficial to offer.

And about the thread going south, people sure could see where it went south, when you came in here accusing me of committing a crime. You know I am facing at least 15 - 30 years in prison for this very thing, (being accused of a crime, I did not nor even could not commit - assaulting a cop while pulling my arm away from him). So I certainly do not take it lightly when someone accuses me of a crime I did not commit. Such an act is awfully harmful in more ways than you can imagine.

About people on another board, you discredit them too. They are great people and believe me, there are several of them here, and they most certainly will tell you if you are wrong, and I've been told how wrong I was a recent as a week ago.

No long drawn out "battles of the bulge" the technique I wanted to learn about, I was told, by a very respectable webmaster would eat up my load times. Once I heard this, I gave up on the idea. I didn't stand around arguing how wrong he was. Despite the fact that, Google would not cache the pages, as one would like < learned this on my own and lost number 1 position there.

So I am not by far the best there is and there is always something to learn. < I've said this before here. And about disputing what any webmaster here said on any subject, If I feel strongly about an issue, I will support it, if not I will drop it.

But I am the one that decides that. Not you or anyone else. However, to discuss "touchy subjects" and being accused of "recent unrest" on the board, again, I did not decide to come and argue here with anyone. On my second post here, I was told how I was "pissing people off" by discussing certain issues.

Again, one of the newest webmasters here, said he was banned from an organization cause he spoke his peace. Geeze how "Godlike" them fucking assholes are. Spoke his peace and got banned and the worst part is he paid the idiots - Wow!

And unlike there, no one here is getting paid, but, someone somewhere believes they can direct the discussions, by rebuking, criticizing and terrorizing people's posts and more extremely, and a real possiblity is being banned from their LL's. Why? Cause you have a different opinion than their own.

Now about other webmasters here, they are the greatest and my one site because of them gets 160,000 hits a day. I hope they are proud of their accomplishments and I did not stutter, 160,000 hits a day. So certainly, I would not want to bite the hand that feeds me.

I came here to meet them and thank them, but where I ended up was fighting with a select few who believe their shit don't stink like mine does.

Although for years, my one site build a customer base slowly, for reasons of my own, I never used LL's. But I wanted to see if it made a difference by doing so and using another site. I saw that difference and truthfully, if I had to choose from "slow traffic" and "shock traffic" as far as this my first site is concerned, I would choose slow growth anyday.

But the relationships I had with many here, have helped from day one. Namely because they are more concerned about my succeeding than about looking better than me on the boards.

So in all this, what am I saying, shame real shame that no matter where you go there is always a trouble maker in the crowd. And I am sorry but I am not it.

And if my different views "revsharehost" and my desire to find out something about what people feel about another thing "Autosubmits" have caused me this much trouble on this board, I will say no thank you to it any day.

Cause truthfully, the few who wish to cause trouble here spoil it for the rest. And there are far too many places out there on the net to have to tolerate this sort of treatment.

Ok, what I did was to search for "my index metatitle" then clicked the "Dissatisfied with your search results? Help us improve" Link at the bottom of the results...

There's a box which says:"Were you looking for a specific URL that wasn't listed in the search results? If so, please enter the URL here"

So I entered my url - 24 hours later I see the yahoo bot spidering the site :)

'course that doesn't mean they're gonna list me - lol - but it is a way to submit the url :)

Christy - thats a good way to do it :) Also - this week Yahoo will be announcing a submit your site URL for free submits :) Nobody seems to know yet how much they will allow as far as commercial or non-commercial but we are assuming this going to be similar to the old altavista submit url :) I'll post it here as soon as I get the info

Also I noticed that the country specific Yahoos are not switched away from Google yet - should happen over the next few weeks

The last news I saw yesterday is that someone (AOL) might be looking at dropping Google (It's a rumor right now)
