It's an activation fee applied by MC, we have no say in the matter.

What do you use as account name when using paxum for payment option. Is it your nickname, checking account number, email sign in or something else?

I mean when choosing it in the affiliate area of a sponsor site as the payout method

Thanks

Your Email address is what is needed :)

Epassportes card was $35 and there was a $5 account fee if I remember correctly so no big differece IMO. Paxum looks really promising |thumb

I already signed up and waiting now for my card ;)

Sure, but I had a sponsor pay for my Epass card. None have offered to pay for any of them this time around.

Im not arguing here. I have already placed my vote in with Paxum. I just dont want to throw away more money only to get my money held up in a few months or years when the next company goes down. We all know its gonna happen, so dont pretend it wont.

JackDaniel's 2010-10-28 12:25 PM

Am I the only one who paid for that damn card ? |cry|

Nikitos 2010-10-28 02:50 PM

Yep, i vote for Paxum also. It seems a lot of sponsors pay via that system already. And i've already got my card:)

Fantastic, and thanks for choosing Paxum!

We've had even more companies signing up - Smartbucks, Fetish Hits, heck even JFK from Fubar Webmasters has a Paxum card!

Hermes 2010-10-29 09:25 AM

More than 100 sponsors already pay via Paxum.
Payoneer has at least 50 sponsors.
CashX catching up too.

blinki bill 2010-10-29 03:13 PM

I first saw Payoneer and I almost had a stroke when i saw the fees, there was no way i'll pay that much, better off pay the check 10 euro fee... IMHO Payoneer sucks!!!
Then while i was replacing epass with check i noticed that most of my sponsors offer paxum so i checked them out and the fees are pretty much the same as epass(the biggest difference was the activation fee of $45 but epass had one of $35 for the electron card and one of $5 for the virtual card so it's $40 for epass compared to $45 for paxum, i can live with that).
I've signed up already for paxum, hope more and more sponsors will implement it.

mrdigy 2010-10-31 11:34 AM

more and more sponsors use paxum

Is the only way to load money into an account (to make a quick payment) by wire transfer at a $50 fee?

you can also load funds through your checking account - $25 fee

or receive a transfer from another Paxum client

We will be adding ACH and CC options very soon.

JustRobert 2010-11-08 10:15 PM

Thank You for your quick response, I appreciate that.

Wow, those fees are steep. I believe it was only $3 to transfer between checking account and epass. Might have to bite that bullet in the future but for now, I'll pass.

Damn, I miss epass.

I do apologize, I had the fees incorrect. It is actually only $5 for a check load to a personal account.

Thanks again for your response.

I see this now on the personal accounts page under fees "Loading Funds By Check or Money Order $5"

Fonz 2010-11-09 11:24 AM

I'll just wait for the CC option to become active then. Or a sponsor that pays me (but with my current conversion ratios that could take a few months...)

One quick question, can i load funds with checks send to me from my sponsors or only checks from my own bank account?

Hi,

This is an announcement from Sales and Marketing team providing you an update on our platform.

As you may know, Payoneer is rapidly ramping up our offering for this industry. Recently, we brought on an industry rep, Pearl Levy, who will be working with major accounts and our team to support the industry’s needs. Please feel free to email her at pearl@payoneer.com if you want to learn more about the Payoneer Platform for Payouts.

Here’s this week’s update on feature improvements we are making to the platform based on your collective feedback:

• We will be launching a MasterCard Virtual Card very soon.
• You are now able to enter your email address instead of your Payoneer Credit Card to link to different programs. The email address will be the “Username” rather than the “Payee ID” as the identifier. This will eliminate payee IDs and make it easier to look up users within the system to make payments etc.
• We are in development on a feature upgrade that will enable you to find a payee and make payments, regardless of Partner just using the receiver’s email address.

AVN Update: Payoneer will be at AVN in January. We will be hosting a walk-up booth as well as taking meetings with various partners. Stay-tuned for more info and if you want to book some time to discuss your payout needs, email pearl@payoneer.com

Thank you,
Payoneer Team

Then I most definitely WON'T be using your service. What happens if a client changes their email address? I lost several log-ins when I changed ISP and so had to change email address. Having an email address as a username is truly a sign that the people at the top of your company are too incompetent to trust with something as important as my money!

PayoneerTeam 2010-12-23 02:11 PM

This is Pearl from the Payoneer Sales and Marketing team providing you an update on our platform.

As you may know, Payoneer is rapidly ramping up our offering for this industry.

Here’s this week’s update on feature improvements we are making to the platform based on your collective feedback:

• The MasterCard Virtual Card is now available for a LOW price available for immediate use
• For those of you in Russia or Ukraine, we have partnered up with QIWI services. Anyone can now fund their QIWI account with their Payoneer Account. Payoneer has exclusivity with QIWI
• Business Accounts - Is now available with a short process to register as a business account and to pay your studio models.

Payoneer will be at InterNext next month. We are part of the Speed Networking Sponsorship and have a booth as well as taking meetings with various partners.

If you want to book some time to discuss your payout needs, email pearl@payoneer.com
As soon as we know our booth number, we will let you know.

Please feel free to email me at pearl@payoneer.com if you want to learn more about the Payoneer Platform for Payouts.

From everyone at Payoneer we wish you Happy Holidays.

I use them internationally (though with payments originating in the UK not USA), I have never had a problem. However, their charges vary depending on which country you are sending the money to, and for some destinations it is VERY expensive.
