How would you rate BLOG's as relevant content to add to a site?

I've added a BLOG to one of my sites where i pick a free site and feature it with a thumb and a poem and a link to the site...

EclectiXXX - There's a thread on this board about blgging - it was kind of what gave me the idea about the editorial content, although I haven't really had much oppertunity to access the value of blogging. I am interested in finding out more about it when I get time though.

Wow, can't believe I'm only seeing this thread now ;)

Since this thread has gone off topic, I'll nudge it a little more :)

Has anyone that's using Links 2.0 successfully modified it to rotate the gallery listings alphabetically. I was planning to try it, but I'm not very good at that stuff. If it's just not possible, it would be nice to know now. I did add the recip checker mod, but there were detailed instructions on the GT forum.

Richards script is hands down the best the others are either admin template driven and a major pain in the ass to use :(

I agree with MML. The only downside of Link Admin is I have never be able to midify it or find anyone that can. Apparently it's a bitch to do. I would like to have a link checker and all of that on it.

This has turned into one helluva info thread. Not sure how I missed it when it began, but I am glad I stumbled across it today!

Great info folks...thanks for sharing!

Maybe I should have thought of a more clever title for it, you know like:

*SHAVE CASH RIPPED ME OFF*

Then everybody would have looked at it.

I can't wait. Keep me in the loop on that. A surfer side search function would be kick ass.

Bill sorry didnt see the question... Yes Links SQL is a Gossamer Threads script.

spacemanspiff - Never seen a mod to "rotate the gallery listings alphabetically" but I am sure it's doable.. Could well be worth asking in the GT forum.

Noone at GT has ever been willing to try... It's been asked before but always been in the "too hard basket". They're usually pretty helpful so I'd suggest while it's not impossible, you really will need to know perl to do it.
