Hosting and domain name were bought for me by my friend, because i'm a dummy in this area.
I don't know how he made this, but I login in CPanel using url:http://dreamhoster.org:port/
So, dreamhoster is my hosting, isn't it?

Yes, exxxlusive.com is my domain. I paid money for it and for hosting.

Yes. We works together, but he have own site and knows how to register domains and how to host sites.
I pay him for hosting of my site monthly. We works independently of one another.

I dont think you will ever it get it :( But I will try webmasters working in groups, pairs and sharing whois information and server space is just not a good idea if one you cheats you all go down and end up black listed. Now this happens to Link Lists all the time by groups or friends as you say. So this is why sharing doesnt work and your sites wont be listed

Can you please suggest me what i need to improve in order to get listed? Thanks in advance :)

Not sure what happen but it will be in todays update and just a warning your sites are starting to look allot alike time for more templates.

This is my first site in about 4 years, so I might be a bit rusty on the nuances of the rules. I submitted it way back in April then again on July 14, and I'm having trouble getting it listed on SmutGremlins. Any feedback as to why it is being declined is much appreciated.

Weird try resubmitting it

That is weird, because I received a confirmation email on the 14th (July) that the submission was received. But no worries; resubmitted now, and confirmation email received again. Thanks again for the help.
