He's doing pretty good for himself by just linking to and mentioning the names of link lists.

Some other ones are.

UW, that would be about 4-5 business days right.

Useless 2005-07-28 10:03 PM

I suppose that would be, Tickler. You mean there are non-business days? ;)

hopefuly google dont sandbox spam reports too lol

i dont think contacting the hosting company will hurt..but it may not help 1 bit either..not like whoringwives is copyrighted..

although everybody knows its just common decentsy NOT to do shit like this..

theres always a asshole that doesnt respect others in every crowd..

i wouldnt let it upset me to much..just know pay backs are a bitch ;)

Useless 2005-07-29 10:26 AM

Any creative expression is inherently copyrighted. One does not need to be registered with the library of congress to maintain a legal copyright. Trademarks are, of course, a separate issue.

Linkster 2005-07-29 02:11 PM

UW - while that is partially true there is also something called fair use which allows someone to use portions of your copywrited work as long as they dont completely copy your page - EFF has a bunch of stuff about case law on fair use on their website if youre interested.

Wow! First time I am seeing someone from Google posting on a board like this. Great to see that you are watching.
By the way what is D.N.P.M.M ?

This domain, 1freepornfinder . 7305 . info still occupied third position in google SERP
( http://www.google.com/search?num=30&...er&btnG=Search ) but i can't see by link: 1freepornfinder.7305.info (in google and msn) any backlinks pointing to it! How this spammy domain can get third position in google, without any backlink?
