I don't know how others feel but I would count it as one of your sponsor links. Adult or non adult a sponsor is a sponsor...

I'd call that an adult exit and would have to decline the site :(

But, I don't count the exit link as one of your 3 sponsor links...even it it is a mainstream revenue generator of some sort. My own experience has been that exit links get very few clicks and generate very little revenue...so I don't count em.
