Very wise.

I'm trying to remember to network more, compared to just reading the boards. Also for this year, I'm dropping trying to do every new thing that comes along and learning more about what already is working for me.

I've changed my mind. :D

It seems that I'll be doing more/better/different this year and being much more proactive in going after profits. Though my lists will stay intact, even improve, I will be adding a new business strategy to my portfolio. I haven't been this excited about business in a long time. Doesn't mean I won't still be a useless prick though.|thumb

Basically to sum it up I am going to be working harder to solidify everything and increase quality as well as quantity. One area I really need to work on is with design. I'd say that I have improved a little over the year but obviously there is a lot more to do yet! ;)

Some things we will be doing the same, however, in December we came up with a 2006 game plan that we are trying to stick too. That means we are going to fast track a lot of projects we had not planned to do for a year or two. It is going to require a lot of long hours and total organization but the benefits will be worth it.

2004 was a year to not speak of, didn't do shit that year.
2005 was a thinking year, got the right direction on things. Unfortunately/Fortunately I slacked way too much.
2006-2007 will be a winner!

Unfortunately due to health issues I'm forced to put all new projects on the back burner for at least 6 months.

Damn sorry to hear that Surfn :(

Best of luck getting through the health issues...and let me know if I can be of any assistance.

My pattern is generally towards long term projects. I'm also somewhat pagan in the sense that spring is the time to start new things, fall the time to harvest, etc. etc. 2005 was a massive change in general business strategies and activities for me. All of those items were completed pretty much on time I'm happy to say and all the right ground work was laid. 2006 is going to be a really good year for productivity (I hope) because good infrastructure was created in 2005. My biggest excitement of course is my new LL TripleXXX.Info which was brought in on time last year. Now I what am I going to do different in 2006? Make money! :)

Here is the short list:

1. long over-due redesign of Homegrown Video site
2. grow affiliate program
3. avoid costly lawsuits with 100 million dollar companies

See this is something I try to do every year and I would think it is something that goes without saying. :D

First,

Surfn, I hope you get your health back real soon.

Second,

Tommy, Was I one of the 5 webmasters that got the boot? I sent you a PM a while back, but never got answered.

As for 2006,

I'd like to become a traffic trading partner with the bigger LL's.
I would like to get back to submitting sites daily.
Grow my LL TripleXworld to over 50,000 links.
Build more one page wonders, hubs, and LLs.
I would like to triple or quadruple last years income.

Yep - I would've said the same... going to have to ask CE and Acacia what their friggin deal is.

I plan on taking on more marketing of the paysites we run and manage... making the affiliate program for those sites and marketing that program... the year end of 2006 will be to have a DVD store of my own that creates and ships DVDs
