We are getting through this OK. I have moved to my, now, father's house. I still use my home office but no longer live here for a while. It was a promise to my mother.

Final Funeral arrangements will be made today but we are having calling hours on Friday and the Funeral will be Saturday.

Here is the short version of the obit. Tomorrow I will post the big one so everyone can see what kind of a woman my mother was.

Jim, so sorry to hear about your loss. It's hard to lose anyone, but a parent is the hardest. These simple things have helped me get through some tough times:

* Find time to grieve - It's a sad time, holding things in only causes stress.

* Find time to rejoice - Yes, rejoice. Although it's an extremely sad time, you mother is no longer suffering and is in a better place now. She would want to see you remember the good times and smile from time to time.

* Take some "ME" time - One of the hardest things is all the potential pressure of coming to grips with things and trying to handle arraingments. Make sure stop and take a little time for yourself. Trust me, it will keep you sane.
