wtg twice, but question your weigth is mmmm how you name it light?Less? you weight what a bit more then 40kilos? what is your hight? My daughter is 1.64 tall she weights 48 kilos and i find her skinny. ofcourse its all what you like yourself but 42 kilo its not much.

yep the water is the part which make you loose weight quick the first 2 days, but hell jack no eating at all for 2 days??? you have to keep your colon and all working, a bit eating will make your body work harder to get more...dont push yourself to hard, but good to see the lost of weight.

Hey Stu Im 5ft 1 inch tall perfect weight for me is about 120/125 my mom say i have a fat ass and big tits but that cuz she has no ass and small tits LOL .

The thing is ... no diet will help people who gain weight easy (people like me).

What we need is lifestyle change! We have to maintain our eating habits after getting off the diet.

Nothing's going to help us in a long run, unless we stick to the healthy eating, sports and movement for the rest of our life.

hell girl who cares about what others say......first i am gonna check how tall 5ft and i inch is:D mmm about 1.55? But 42 kilo is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo...i cant explain it in english, hell girl i think you must look great with that weight you have now. Ofically 42 kilo is thew weight of an 12 year old child and thats light too, btw i saw a documentairy yesterday on telly that people in the UK have the fattest ass:D

Pizza for dinner yesterday (delivery). Some Wheat Thins with pineapple cream cheese. Handful of gummi bears. Couple of cups of coffee and some pastry this morning. Just showered off the dirt and shaved some hair, and my weight is exactly what it was yesterday. Which is the same it's been for about a year now, the only fluctuation was one weekend with a bad stomach flu when I dropped fifteen pounds in 2 days. Probably going to have to change my diet (eat what I want whenever) or add some exercise to my day if the number is supposed to change. I mean, it is a contest, after all.

And I'm 5' 2" and at 120/125 I'd look like a famine victim and have no tits either, lol. It so depends on your frame size and muscles, I look best, between 135 - 140 depends on how much I've bulked my muscles up and at that weight i'm like a size 9, which is about the smallest I ever want to go.

Last night I had butter beans, broccoli, and brussel sprouts for dinner, and was glad I didn't gas MadHatter right out of the house with those choices, lol.

This morning I have my usual on this eating plan, 1c frozen blueberries 4oz of yogurt, 12oz of soy milk and 2TB of ground flax seed, and 2 packets of splenda whipped in a blender. Tastes like blueberry ice cream. :)

Pizza is horrible food unless you order really thin crust, very high in carbs and very high in fat from the cheese.

damn its so hard to see the picture, specially with the foot and inch sizes and all , because we use centimeters and meters ....here in holland girls are pretty tall, now my mom is i believe 1.60 so a bit taller then you guys, but she weight 65 kilos, still she looks great, the lowest i ever weighted was i believe 59 kilos and i am 1.75, i got a warning from my doc to gain at least 10 kilos of weight, well that wasnt a problem for me to do:D (i like nice food) , i dont know anyone in my private life who weights under the 50 kilos as an adult, well i knew one, she had the hight 1.70 and she died because of the lost of to much weight...so a bit hard to understand for me> For me twiceshy should look skinny for her hight.....but then i dont know many adult people who are under the size of 1.60...to be honest, only my mom fits in that ans she weights much more and still looking good:D

I agree. Why I don't say what I do is a diet, it is a healthy eating plan. It is pretty strict for 30 days, but it is for people like me that are carb addicts.

There is a great book by Drs Roizen and Oz called You on a Diet. Really gets into the whole why you gain weight, the psychology, how to change your thinking, etc. Two of the major things? Add 30 minutes of walking a day, and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed. Sometimes, just that will help you lose weight.

I watched a tv show with these two as they took middle aged people and helped them by reading labels and adding walking to lose weight. And they showed this one family parts from an autopsy what a normal heart and arteries look like, and what they look like in an obese person. OMG, that was |barf| that was a great convincer I need to lose weight. They got people off diabetes and high blood pressure meds too.

I'm SHORT, lol shortest in my family. I'm a little over 1.52 meters, with wide shoulders and hips...does that help? (5 feet is 1.52 meters) and 81.59 kilos.

i have a special saying for woman , well i made it up because i am that way....if your tit size is the same as your ass size and your waist is less you have the perfect size....no matter what your weight is ...but you will be in trouble if your belly and stomach have the same or almost the same size as your tits and ass size...its not healthy, then its better to loose some weight

wide shoulders and hips that cant be bad. dont forget in weight your tits cound too, do you have big tits, or small tits, your body show totally different if you have small tits.

Big tits, big hips, lol. I stay the same ratio from tits to waist to hips no matter how much I weight.
