Here is my weigh in for today
i lost a whole .5 of a pound..WOOT i am on my way. I worked out in the gym for about 15 minutes and going to do another 20 minutes on Wii tonight. |

So this is strictly the first to lose 10% or is there gonna be a set date like 3 or 4 months for an overall winner? Just curious because I know when I first started my first weight loss campaign I went from 310 to 275 in a matter of 2 and a half weeks, its always easy to lose quick weight the first few weeks, but to keep it going for 3-4 months is hard when you hit plateaus. I'll probably be in the 225-230 range in a couple weeks, but when it hit around 230 I always hit a plateau.

I'm gonna come in and agree with Bill about the weekly weigh-ins. On top of that I'm gonna say that weight isn't the best indicator of fat loss (because of the fluctuations in water and muscle density). For that you should be doing waist measurements. Get rid of the belly, that's the big thing :)
