On the expedia issue: I've used expedia for a couple of years, no problems at all. My company currently uses them for all our corporate travel as well and even the most computer illerate finds them easy to navigate.

I look forward to seeing all my old friends and many new ones there myself!

I don't believe I will be in Vegas this year. My mother has had some very bad news and there is no way I can leave her for even a few days.

If I do come to Vegas, it will be for one day only.

I finished booking it all yesterday so I am going for the first time! Now what, lol.

I was trying to see if anyone else that works in the BBW side of things wanted to have a meet up amongst the seas of implanted perfection.

Actually last January, 2 nights before I left, at about 4am, I hit a Royal flush on a video poker game and it brought me back up to even.
6 hours later, Gmoney hit the same thing on the same bank of machines. He was only down a few hundred, so he left Vegas about $600 ahead or so.

I don't know how that place stays in business.

Greenguy & Jim will be sponsoring something - not sure if I can mention it yet or not - but we will be able to meet & greet board members in a somewhat social atmosphere :D

Hey xxxjay you can do Vegas cheap, staying off the tables is always the best start, or at least controlling yourself on them will be a huge help, there's plenty of hotels out here (even the big ones), that are $69 a night, and air fares as long as theres no conventions or anything major going on get pretty cheap too.

Dr. B, some things with casino's never cease to amaze me, while playing craps the other night and puttin a hurtin on Harrahs someone hit a $1 Slot machine for $16,000, the following day another guy hit the machine hext to it for $9,000. - Pricks! :)

Jim - sorry to hear about your mom... she's already been on my prayer list for weeks now... she, you, and your family... I miss my dad so so so much... enjoy all the moments you can... I hope you get to make it to the convention even if it is only for one day... but there will be other conventions... and you are STAYING in this business - you aren't going anywhere so there will be other conventions... that far of a roundtrip flight in less than 36hours will knock you on your ass to the point it might take you over a week to recover...

lol, I would never dream of not 'allowing' someone to join me because they aren't a bbw. The more the merrier!

I booked my hotel through Expedia and the pickings were getting a bit slim but they had the best prices I could find and trust me I looked at about 15 different hotel sites in both the UK and the US.

Well so far we have 4 flights and 8 hotel rooms booked, still need to book Nate's, Eric's and my flight. Only 71 Days till we are gonzo. |bananna|

The doctors have suspended my driver’s license indefinitely for health reasons so I may not be able to drive the smutmobile as I had planned. |pissed|
