My official position (i.e Master-X.com administration position):
1) Cheating or content stealing is a bad thing.
2) Master-X community is not against English-speaking Webmasters. Negative postings (in this case - about English-speaking Webmasters) on MX relate to the private opinion of our members, as long as they do not break forum rules (use of offensive language, direct insults etc.).
3) We all focus mainly on English-speaking market and I think all overseas Webmasters must respect the main market language.

What russian people consider "working around the system" is what the rest of us call cheating.

The adult business isn't just another "system" to abuse until you are caught. That is not a long term business plan. Why do many programs not want to deal with russian webmasters? Because they are tired of getting ripped off, abused, and having people not follow the rules of their programs.

Is it using a broad brush to paint all russians as cheaters? Yes... but there are enough cheaters in the mix that for the most part, it isn't worth the effort to try to find who isn't cheating. Even Yahook has come here, and within a few minutes, stolen text content was found on his site. Do you think that this inspires confidence in anyone?

I agree, the problem exists: Over 50% of cheating cases (according to our statistic on PenisBot/Wetplace) are originated from Eastern Europe Webmasters. I don't know, how to cope with this. I guess time is the best treatment.
