I didn't really care, I just removed them, no big deal - but if I got dumped from google, I'd be looking at my own site first.

How long do you think these 1990's style sites are going to last?
We're all guilty of it, un-natural link trades, trading for PR, A-B-C schemes, invalid html, dumping your link trades, trying to game google with forum knowledge.
From now on I'm just trying to build a good site. I'm glad they dumped my links.

That's kinda my philosophy. I don't do trades with google in mind and I haven't done any trades with Captain. No particular reason, it's just never come up in discussion. I like to trade traffic, but not script based, and I have a lot of hard link trades I'm likely losing on. so be it.

I really don't spend a lot of time thinking about it, and that addle-minded short sighted strategy seems to work well for me ;)

And if a trade goes really bad, like I'm dropped, fuckit, I just know not to deal with the dropper again. I don't waste much time getting angry.

Being new to the game. I'm a one way link to you type of guy. I'm thinkin if you list my freesites. I then put your category page on my category page across my little 12 site, 6 blog network I'm building. Should I be askin you guys first? Or keep doing what I'm doing? I'm guessing people love one way links. Stop me if I'm crazy.

I know there is no traffic coming from that hub just yet. but some day maybe you guys might receive better SEO rankings from me and my hub. So going full circle If my freesites or paysites are on your list. Then I am the one benefiting from the work hehehehe. This is my grassroots type of approach. Plus I just love the the good feeling of success when starting in the trenches.
