What russian people consider "working around the system" is what the rest of us call cheating.

The adult business isn't just another "system" to abuse until you are caught. That is not a long term business plan. Why do many programs not want to deal with russian webmasters? Because they are tired of getting ripped off, abused, and having people not follow the rules of their programs.

Is it using a broad brush to paint all russians as cheaters? Yes... but there are enough cheaters in the mix that for the most part, it isn't worth the effort to try to find who isn't cheating. Even Yahook has come here, and within a few minutes, stolen text content was found on his site. Do you think that this inspires confidence in anyone?

I agree, the problem exists: Over 50% of cheating cases (according to our statistic on PenisBot/Wetplace) are originated from Eastern Europe Webmasters. I don't know, how to cope with this. I guess time is the best treatment.

Wow, looks like I missed a lot. I have just scanned this thread. And I have to say, I have nothing against Russians. One of my closest friends is Russian and I would have to say that in the day, he knew more about this business than anyone I have ever met. The only time I have a problem with poor English is when I can't figure out what the person is trying to say :) But most times I can figure it out.

That being said, nobody will be allowed to promote another board on this board. Not in an avatar. Not in a sig file that goes to a page that when clicked goes to a page that has a link saying "Back to Adult Webmaster Message Board". I know what you're talking about and that every site owner has the right to do whatever he likes. Once I was pissed at Cleo for not accepting one of my free sites and just then I realised what she was doing and that she was right. I said to myself "what if it was my business", so yeah, the right thing to do in this case is just shut up and move on, I agree.

The main issue here's that people are accusing a whole nation, something that I myself have to deal with on a daily basis, cause I'm living in a country from the East European block. I did just have a Russian doctor do tendon surgery on my hand. Probably not a good example since the surgery was not successful and he refused to operate again since my insurance doesn't want to pay him as much as he feels he should get.

I've dated two Russians. Probably also not very good examples.

As for the rest of your statement, yeah, I agree...not all Russians or Eastern Europeans are cheaters. Not all American, Canadians, etc, are honest. That's why I try to deal with people on a case by case basis and not to generalize about them.
