Tried a bike (bicycle) ride to the new park that opened a week ago here on the island. But since there's a mandatory evacuation order for residents, all city and county properties are locked and employees are gone. So I rode a different way for awhile, came back and, as I figured, same weight - 210 - as always. :)

Well I gained 1/2 lb since yesterday, back up to 179. given we played bad mitten in the morning, then did a very fast 2 mile walk in the middle of day, maybe it is muscle, lol. Or maybe its just the cheese enchiladas I had for dinner on the buffet last night. I don't ever want to go for a 2 mile walk in 100 degree heat again. It was great getting our scooters, but damn that was a hard walk.

I don't really get it when Madhatter and I walk outdoors, but when I get on the treadmill, I go fast enough to get runners high. I'm slightly insulin resistant, I try to do the low carbs or low GI too, last night when I go and do mexican buffet, I had a bit of beans, bit of rice and two cheese enchiladas, and my body just sucks the carbs right back on... and that is exactly what happens to most of us in this boat. :( I was kinda afraid that would happen...next saturday I won't eat them.

oke sorry i didnt posted yesterday, but yesterday i was playing dead in my bed till today with a huge migraine, still the first i did was making a picture when i woke up, oh yep i have socks on but further i was nude pretty sexy|pokefun|Stu, but with migraine i get cold feet.

Dammit! I've been on less than 20 grams/day of carbs since this started and walking two miles every day and my weight isn't dropping. I know it'll catch up and the fat will start melting off but I'm getting impatient! Ketosis better be right around the corner!

Strarting from today I will try to play with skipping rope a bit - I bought one while ago but I'd never thought its so fucking hard to use it, so I never did :). Even when I managed to jump correctly few times I was totally exhausted after 30 seconds |huh

Hmmm....if you timed it just right, since the bridge runs mostly west-south-west, you could ride from Marathon to Big Pine with the wind at your back on the approach of the storm and then ride back with the wind behind you again once the eye moved past and the wind direction reversed. Maybe we should send this idea to the folks working on Jackass III.

I'm not gonna weigh myself for a few days because I know exactly what I have done. Friday and Saturday were spent eating junk at the local festival this weekend, Sunday was spent with my ass planted in front of the TV from noon to 11pm feeding my face watching football, and today is my birthday and I'll be going out to eat probably twice.

I didn't take a pic today, but I'm the same as yesterday, 179. I might just wait a few days, as I don't want to get frustrated at seeing the same weight over and over, lol. Yesterday we took a break from working out to heal up, but plan on going back out this morning for a walk in the park and some bad mitten. :D It was kinda cool when I realized I had cereal for breakfast, then a slimfast for lunch, that by the time dinner came I wasn't as starving as usual...think my body is adjusting somewhat to the reduced calories. I hate the first few days when you are starving all the time.

I know I have skipped a few days being in Buffalo. But, tomorrow I will post a fresh picture. I fully expect to have gained at least 5 pounds over the weekend. We ate constantly. :)

Too depressed/upset with myself to take a pic, but I stepped on the scale and I gained 3 pounds just as I suspected. Thats what I get though for eating deep fried shit all Friday night and Saturday night, drinking 8 beers Friday night, and then sitting on my ass all day eating and watching football Sunday.
