Here's this morning's pic of the scale, showing the same 209. Wow, seems I can lose a whole pound by weighing myself before breakfast.

Well after two days of craft fair / bake sale and eating more sweets then i've had in years, I now weigh more then before I started. I feel hung over from the sweets, so time to get back at it. This is the story of my dieting life. :( 181.5.

Its really funny this - I haven't tried to lose weight yet, apart from stopping sugar in coffee in the morning, but I'm going for the "Frame of Mind" - I'm just thinking about being thinner - and it sort of seems to be working... |smurf| |

After last weekend and my birthday, I'm finally back to 240.5 when I weighed myself this morning, I'll start taking pics again once I get to losing more weight, haha. I think I'm gonna do pretty good from here on out, I think I can lose 10 pounds this week.

Better photo but back to 210 lbs again, and that's after taking a bicycle ride this morning to the new Big Pine Key Park which just opened this month after years of construction.
I'll get some other shots on future rides since there's a lot there but here are three pics including one of the exercise stations along the walking/bike trails. The park is literally 2 blocks from my house so I'm running out of reasons not to get more exercise now that it's open. Of course making all the exercise stations out of metal pipe and painting them dark blue wasn't so smart considering how much hot sun we get everyday here. |loony| |

Well I'm back down to my start weight of 180. :D Now I just have to lose more. We went for a walk and I think I sweated off a pound of water, it was hot, lol.

Well the reason I haven't posted my weight for the last few days is because, the scale I have only goes to 380 lbs. So I really have no idea how much I weigh, so the quest for a new scale is on well one big enough LOL

The pic shows about 213 but the sandals are around 3 lbs when weighed by themselves and I'm still at 210 today with the sandals off.
Just to show why the tan lines are there. These are what's usually on my feet outside. |

I'm getting legs like tree trunks from the running - it's like hitting a piece of wood when you slap them. Fuzzy damn pic tho - took it too fast. |

Today's weight

I am 180 again, I took a pic, but have to fire up the laptop to post it, as I can plug the camera card in it, and don't want to make the effort right now, lol. We walked about 1 1/2 hours today, just because after the walk we shopped and walked to the various stores, lol. Going to shower and get to work, getting a late start. :) Hopefully, if I watch my food intake today, I'll be down some weight by tomorrow. |thumb
