thanks I just found out and its not the right amount and shouldnt have got one, the min. is 100.00 in my account - need 1 more for a 100.00 check - off to email..

An FYI on this, emailed them and they said the first sale they usually dont pay on, because most webmasters do a test join, so seeing as this was not a test join they are sending me 25.00 more |bananna| and there's no min payout for USA webmasters..

WTF??? I have never done a "test join" in my life, on the 100s of programs I have joined, sounds like a fukin scam to me...

Same here - if I want to get into a members' area I ask the sponsor (sometimes with references)...

Are you sure about not paying for the first signup? If that is true, pornkings is a sponsor to stay away from.

No shit thats what the email said. I done a test with ARS when I couldn't buy a sale and thats when they had the free trials and I called them and told I was doing it, so sure enongh a sale showed and they removed it.. And so I built more sites and not a single fucking sale after that.. Now I dont want to make pornkings look bad BUT they should say we dont pay on the first sale.. We assume your gonna do a test sale so it wont count..

But a FYI it showed on my stats so aleast you CANT call them a cheat..

Now that makes no sence to me never heard of a test sale ?

... which begs the question.... How many other unwritten rules do they have to make sales "not count"!!???

The second sale will be your brother making a test sale so that doesnt count..!

If you make ten sales you are making too much money so we dont count any after that!

I can't believe Pornkings would say that, show you the sale and just not pay you. I have never ever missed a check from them even if it was only for $25, and every single sale that showed in my stats, I was paid for, from the very first one over a year ago.....They've definitely always seemed to be straight up kinda guys....

pornkings just did the same thing to me.... I sent them a couple sign ups in july and never got a check... all of the e-mails I sent either bounced or went unanswered so I posted on their message board and then got an e-mail that said:

hi mike,

i got your posting about not receiving your check for the 7/15 pay period.
i looked it up and i didn't pay on that join because it was canceled right
away. usually first joins that cancel immediately and then aren't followed
up by any other joins are just test joins.

i'm looking forward to paying you when we see some actual traffic on your
account.

Pornkings = good people.

Pornkings used to be good but then they teamed up with that other jerk and since Greenguy didn't name them I won't either. Anone that would join up with a known scammer just can't be trusted.

I can see why a lot of newbie webmasters might join a lot of programs and then buy a trial membership to make some quick money but the funny part when you think about it is that most sponsors have a minimum so that scam wouldn't work. The smart thing for Pornkings to do would be to use a minimum instead of not paying on the first signup. But, unfortunately, like I said, that would be the SMART thing to do and I think they've already shown a lack of smarts by teaming up with a scammer.

Of course, since Pornkings pays $25 on a $1 membership it doesn't seem too hard for someone with a brain to figure out that they just need to buy one membership, get a buddy to buy another and even though they wouldn't get paid on the first join, they still made $23.

I agree, it's just another way to scam the webmaster.

I checked PornKing's Terms of use. It doesn't mention anything about "test sales" or even prohibition of using your own cards to produce signups...so technically even if you did a "test signup"...they still owe you a check.

The $100 min payouts is another great way =) If I try a site out and wind up getting a crappy conversion rate...I either need to stick getting the crappy rate until I get enough for a check cut or I gotta suck up the loss myself. If one doesn't want to go through the trouble of writing checks for small figures, than online payment alternatives should be offered to the webmasters with no min. payouts

Well I got my other 25.00 in short order they must have sent it right out after the email so what shall I do keep them or delete there links.. I dont like there exit stuff and the install some program shit - I think you loose traffic on that stuff..

Pornkings is on my list of sponsors to avoid. Long story short is they shave and admit to it. Half my sales were shaved and Carol told me it was their right to do so as clearly stated in the terms. Pornkings is an outright scam and I'm sure if anyone scrutinized their stats they would see that they have not been paid for all the signups generated.

I guess I should add the relevant text in the terms:

"4. Commission Statistics. You may review the Sales credited to your account by entering your Pornkings Webmaster Affiliate Program username and password at the following website: http://www.pornkings.com. Such statistics are UNOFFICIAL until Pornkings issues you your Commission check"

In other words don't expect to get paid what you earned. Nothing is more fun than opening a cheque to find out how much a sponsor decides to pay you.
