Call me parinoid, but does with site www.sex-hot-sites.com look VERY similar to www.jays-xxx-links.com? I looked at the source and it didn't seem stolen, but it damn near a mirror of my site.

Nope.

Linking structure is very similiar but he did make some minor changes. Looks like he just used your site at a guide.

I wouldn't be, other than the linking structure it doesn't remind me of your site at all.

It's not the way it looks, sure the graphic and colors are different. My site is very deep and this site is identica...concidence? I doubt it.l Then if you look page titles, the way it is sectioned off, the way the galleries are made, and all of the interlinking - it's an exact copy.

I guess when somebody came up with a TGP they thought it was a pretty novel idea. I don't even have a name for the monster I've created. I guess I will call it the SUPER EVIL LINKLIST ON STEROIDS.

there's nothing to be mad at coz your site is very different...i think he used your site as a guide but not totally copied it.

I agree it's very similar and it could be annoying but..
If I were you I wouldn't be supprised that many take example by you. When people think of success in this biz they put it together with your site and try to follow your path (also subconsciously). Some will do it pretty similar to your site but unless he is not stealing your code, using same keyworlds (especially related to name/brand of your site) and pretend to be you I belive you have to accept it.. and be proud of it :) He stole you piece of your personality but the might of your site is, as I suppose, in your quality trades, bookmarkers, and tons of backlinks..

Get used to it - hell, I stopped getting upset with people copying my site about 2 years ago :)

The font may seem to give that away but actually you in a way suggested I use it. I had no clue when I first started that there were only certain fonts that most people had on there systems. So I just used a font I liked on my system. You then told me not only was it not one that every one had but that you had never even heard of it. So you gave me a list of the handfull that would work. And I too though that comic sans was the best of the bunch. So I used it as well. But it does make my site look like a Link-o-rama clone. |sad|

As long as they do not copy then looking at as they build is normal. I wouldn't worry about it.

That being said, I agree - don't be mad. People copy - either intentionally or subliminally... they see something they like and they imiate it. This is how it was done in the beginning, how it's still done today and how it always will be. As long as it's not an exact copy I wouldn't sweat it. Just think of it as everyone else just catching up to you, but you're lightyears ahead - probably working on something new already and moving a big step forward, while they're busy just copying what you did months/years before.

It's part of the evolutionary process of the 'Net... it sucks - but that's how it works.

Only thing I can see that is real close is the way the reality links are on the index.. Also IMHO putting all those reality links with all of those free sample movies are a bad idea - unless you had so much traffic buying or going past it..
