Anyone advertised on the Hun (www.thehun.com) before? What was the result? Good impressions?

I submit to the hun every so often. I don't have a paid partner account, but when a gallery is accepted and is posted it usually gets about 60,000 hits the first day and then it slowly tapers off each day.

I'm intrested in BANNERS... We are about to buy an banner-spot :) Not galleries! :D

I hear it can be very good. It is also a good way to get more exposure for an affiliate program.

I just reread this and noticed you use dot com I advertise on his main site dot net.

I've posted there before. I've had some great results and I didn't do a paid submission. The only thing is it takes a while to get listed. Other than that it's cool.
But I would like to try a paid submission though .....

The problem I had posting galleries on the Hun was that he's got so much free porn that it is hard to convert anything. I would guess the same could be true of paid adverts.

I've heard good things about The Hun's paid spots, and they must do OK for some folks because I've seen some ads month after month. But I wouldn't know personally, because I've never been posted there. :(

Well - its pretty obvious that most people didnt read the original posters posts - he's asking about buying a banner spot on the hun - not gallery spots so either rtfq and give your input or stfu!

Linkster, the point I made in my post was that if there is too much free porn for you to get too many sales from a gallery then the same is probably true of paid adverts. And "the same is probably true of paid adverts" runs for several of the other posts on a gallery theme. (Translation rtfp - Read The Fucking Posts.)

from the ones i know who use paid advertisement on the hun they are very happy with the result, i never used paid myself there i only use free submit and i am hapy with that one already:D

Surfn, you should always read the post you are referring to carefully before replying to it. You say "You probably shouldn't post about something you have no first hand knowledge of" while quoting a post in which I do NOT do this (Note my original statement "I had posting galleries" i.e. when I posted galleries on the Hun I had this problem - in other words FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE). Ironically you also quoted my "reinterpretation" of linkster's closing words which were "Translation rtfp - Read The Fucking Posts".

and before someone post on my post "read the post" what i said about the people who used paid adds its also ment for banners .......hehehhehe and as far i heard from the people who buy adds, for galleries or banners or whatever it seems the hun is booked pretty full for the next months:D

And what does this have to do with by banner ads on the hun? I have had them and you submit galleries. Who is the idiot here?
