Hi - I have a new site

and I need help
getting some affiliates, listed on some link sites, and with submitting
to TGP's. Actually I am looking for an affiliate familiar with submitting to the different tgps to submit galleries for me. I have a 50/50 recurring revenue program set up and 5% webmaster referral through ccbill. Here is an example of the galleries I am making

and I can make custom ones for anyone capable of bringing me traffic. Actually I am getting conversions on the traffic I am getting but its not much traffic so I need alot more. I am the webmaster & also Daisy Lushing and I can help anyone who can bring me traffic to my site.
The site should appeal to solo/amateur/mature milfs categories.

I might be willing to give it the old college try... I've been having decent luck (yes luck!) with REAL amatuer / MILF lately... Site looks OK to me, i personally think the galleries suck wad - not to offend, but i typically don't like *any* FHGs (nor have any use for them, so that's a moot point anyway... but i find them to be way too "busy")... and I have a feeling that music on the join page is a copyright infringment suit waiting to happen...

I'm having a bit of trouble with the links on your tour in Firefox. Sometimes they're clickable, sometimes not. It seems to depend on which direction my cursor is coming from. I think doing an all Flash tour and FHGs was a mistake. Go back the basics, Daisy. Use straight HTML and pics. The text on your tour doesn't stand out much and is thusly difficult to read. If surfers can't read the text, you won't be able to create a relationship with them. You are gorgeous and that tour just doesn't do you justice. Also, don't open the pics on your FHGs in new windows.

Daisy, I have to agree with UW, you are gorgeous. :) Sites like yours are exactly the kind I prefer to promote. I'll be signing up shortly and contacting you regarding some promo sets in the niches I focus on.

One other thing, the bottom two pics on your FHG are blind links to your join page. Blind links are a no-no. Many TGPs, including mine, would choose not to use your FHG's because of them.

Hi Daisy, and welcome to the board. I'll agree with the others completely that you're gorgeous and you've got a ton of potential. There are some things about your tour that are going to cause it to convert in a less than spectacular manner, however. You might want to post for a "tour review" in the Newbies section :)

However, the sound on your tour will get that page closed mucho quickly by a lot of surfers. Excellent advice from Max about getting a tour review. Lots of potential, but your tour does need some tweaking to maximize that potential.

I'd like to add to this a little. We see new teen sites every damned day. Slim, attractive teens are a dime a dozen. Fit and sexy 43 year-olds are not. YOU are the reason your site has so much potential. I'd love to see more variation and kinkyness on that tour. Not just on the picture page, but on every page. Show them what you've got and what you're willing to do to please them. It's all about you, babe.

I can't see your tour as I don't have Flash :( Any surfers that are as arcane with their equipment as I am also won't be able to see it - at the very least create a non-flash version, and have a text link to it on your front page for those who need it :)

#1 - B
If you don't have specific plans on who you want to see and what you want to do while in Vegas you'd be wasting your money at this point.

#2 - A & B
A - You don't need to spend a huge amount of time building hosted galleries. Don't try to compete with the large corporate sponsors with new custom graphics for every gallery. Come up with a nice template or two, and reuse them. Let the content be the star (aka YOU). Add a few new hosted galleries every two or three months and email your affiliates when you do so.
B - This is still a good idea even if you do have quite a few FHG's. TGP submitters can't use hosted galleries, and not all TGP owners are going to sign up for your program. I have this kind of arrangement with a number of sites like yours. It's nice to be able to submit galleries with content I know the TGP reviewer hasn't seen submitted before.

#3 - B
This seems to be, based on your comment, what you feel comfortable with, and the site is about YOU. Your tour should be representative of what is inside the member area. If you have hardcore content, you can show it on the tour discretely, without showing a Hustler style centerfold.

All the above aside, until you get your tour issues sorted out it's all pointless. Until you have a tour that converts well you are throwing away traffic and $$$. The advice given by others about your tour is a good start. Slick graphics and fancy Flash pages look nice, but are difficult to navigate and difficult to update.

My advice is to follow Toby's advice. |thumb

My personal feeling is that Vegas is a waste of money for most people. Many webmasters go to the shows only to say that they go the shows and that somehow makes themselves feel successful.

Toby is dead-on in his comments about the FHGs. Make sure that you provide a few here and there for lazy people like me, but provide raw content for the real builder/submitters. And as far as FHGs go, build them simple and clean. The best way to push your true amateur angle is keep a true amateur appearance. Look at http://www.sammy4u.com/ and http://www.naughtyallie.com/ Those are two very successful amateur babes who have been very smart about keeping an amateur feel in their tours. They can certainly afford new glitzy graphic filled tours, but they know their members and know what appeals to them. Your tour should reinforce the fact that you really are an amateur.

If you do have hardcore content in your members area, I think you should show a few minor hardcore examples on your tour so that potential members will know what you have without reading every word. Men are visual.

You are going to be in promoted in multiple niches so you need to touch on each of those niches in your tour. Hell, you may even decide to provide niche specific tours in the future. This is what I see: MILF - Mature - Amateur - Housewife - Busty. If you do a bunch of shoots in high heels, a guy like Toby will sell you in that niche. Stockings? Lingerie? Gangbanged my seven midgets?:) It's endless. Sell your site in as many ways as possible and you'll have webmasters who specialize in tons of niches jumping on you.

We'll be more than happy to give you plenty of help and advice on getting the tour in order. There are a few suggestions already, and I think the most important was UW's about keeping the amateur feel. It will also make your life as a webmistress easier ;)

The people who can bring you real traffic won't even take notice unless they see a tour that they believe will convert their traffic. :)

That means putting a little something in for every niche you want to be promoted in and carefully choosing your free samples. The flash tour will turn off a lot of people, but don't be discouraged at all. Your work so far looks really nice, it's just a little bit off target.

I think you've got some real potential and a chance to hit hard in a good niche.

Thanks for the helpful suggestions everyone! I am going to contact some of you via PM about talking more about the site. I am definitely looking to hook up with 2-3 webmasters who submit to the TGP's and can help me make the galleries, tour tweaks and changes that will maximize our returns. Nice looking site. Toby and others have some excellent advice.

Stay away from Vegas for now. There is a show in Phoenix March/April that might be good to hit. It is smaller and is easier to see people and hand out biz cards. So be sure to get some cards before you go.

I'd make more hosted galleries if possible. And make variety so some with panties, some with toys ect so webmasters can list them in different categories. Have a pro make the galleries. All you need is maybe 5 templates and you can make endless galleries. AJ will give you a decent price, $15-20. Tell him I sent you. (Ramster)

Loose the flash. It makes the tour load in a weird way. As far as showing pussy and more? Not really needed honestly. BUT in the tour mention that inside members get to see pussy, dildo fucking or whatever else you do. I would show more nudity but explaining what members get inside is key!!

If you need a tour designer I know a few good ones that are priced good too.

I would also up the price to $24.95 monthly. More money for you and worthwile for webmasters to promote. Making $9.97 a sale plus recurring is not a great deal but $12.47 is because it is easy to believe members will stay at least 2 months on average making at least $25 per sale which is important.

Another suggestion is to offer the webmasters some hosted freesites (aside from the hosted galleries) if you've got time for that.

you've received some great advice including skipping Vegas for this year but perhaps plan on attending one of the regional ones depending on where you live.

Teaser pictures and good text goes a long way in getting members to open their wallets too.

Since quite a few LL owners hang out here and that's long term traffic some very niche specific.. you might want to get with Chop Smith (you can search for his name) about working jointly on some HFS so you don't leave those $$ laying on the table.
