This is a serious question:

If I buy the Wonder Woman set and have someone wearing it for a photoshoot, would I be breaking the comic companies copyright when I used the photos on a website, or would it just be classed as lingerie?

Yeah I doubt that is close enough to break copyright but I am not a lawyer so what do I know :P I think I will order one too and use the super powers it will give me to make better free sites lol.

It's not a copyright issue. More likely you could get into trouble for disparaging their brand by associating it with porn. In this case, since they license their brand to Fredericks of Hollywood, I think they would have a tough time with that.
