Don't open your 2257 page in a new window. You will get declined at a lot of places for doing that. Fix that and it's time to start submitting. :)

This is something I avoided on my first one as I did not know if it was allowed... I noticed that you have affiliate link text above and below an affiliate banner. I myself like placing text and banners together, however, is this still only one outbound or have you used three all in one go?

Usually text above and below a banner is considered part of the banner, i.e. one link.

I've been told it's the "ad space" that is considered.

Is it ok to host the 2257 page on your own server ?

Three minor issues...your keywords meta is a bit spammy. Generally...only include words that are actually on the page. And never repeat the same word more than 3 times; sex, interracial sex, hardcore sex would be 3 times for the word sex.

Also, you have this term in your kw meta:

"1itt1e pussies"...that's probably not a term you want to use. It implies the wrong things.

Last thing...please update your recips. Not sure where folks are finding old recips for FPP, but they changed months ago when the re-design was launched.

JD - you're using Domains by Proxy, which is generally not a great way to get listed. Some link lists will see that, accept a few links so you'll keep putting them in your recip table, then begin quietly rejecting your sites until you figure you it out on your own. Others, like mine, won't accept it at all.
