So far today, I have no day trips to take. Yesterday, not only was it the boy but also my Daughter needed a ride to and from school. She has been able to save enough money (without a job) to buy a new car if she wants to. But, she has no license yet. So, not only am I dragging the boy out to car dealerships this weekend but I am setting up driving lessons for my daughter.

Today seems like it may just be a regular, non taxi driving, day. :)

Finally, after a few days with the flu I am back on my feet. It feels good to work without a fever. Looks like it is going to be a working weekend, so I can catch up on build and updates.

Going out for some drinks with an old buddy with who I played in a band a few years ago.

bout froze my patootie off last night. Temps were mid to upper 60s yesterday and low 30s overnight. Going to be that way all week, so I'll be sick soon.

Going out back to feed the birds some fritos and whole grain wheat bread when it warms up a bit There's a couple of gold finches and a lil blue bird that come visit daily. My cats love sitting in the window and watching them so I keep the lil feathered guys happy and coming back .

On another note, our old sheriff is running for reelection. He was arrested and went to prison back in the 80s for bribery, extortion, conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to import and distribute cocaine. Sad thing is... he's the best guy running... I'll be voting for him.Go Leroy!

Ok so it isn't just us here in Florida that is cold, in the 40's right now, this blows!!!!! It is suppose to be warm later today and tomorrow though that is good. Hopefully it hits the 60's like it is suppose to because I'm heading out to Universal Studios with shorts on since I plan to ride the rapids and all the other shit there and will likely get wet. LOL

Woke up with cats all over me. Put the heat on and it's starting to warm up in my house now.

I think I'm well enough to return to the gym today or at least that is my plan in my yet as not fully awake state of mind.

It's an estimated -10 to -30 degrees here today due to the wind chill. In this old house, even with the thermastat set to 74, it feels like someone has left the door open. I can feel a very gentle breeze coming from the front room.

I'm having one of those wonderful days where I just assume lay in bed all day, snuggled with my dog, while trying to hide from my demons. I see that the dog has already beaten me to the punch and is lying on my pillow, embeddng his stink into where I'd like to rest my weary head. Cocksucker.

Normal day today, and another BB game later this afternoon.

24, snow covered witnout a cloud in the sky. Pretty much the same day as yesterday.

I went down to Flordia for chirstmas when my uncle lived in Lakeland, I think it was Christmas of '00 and they were having record cold temps everyday. One night they set the all time coldest temp ever recorded there at 28. Was only getting in the low 40's for highs. That month I think the whole country was in a deep freeze. I drove down there and I remember going thru Atlanta and it being 14 degrees and snow covered, I remember thinking, hell I've never been down here before in the winter, but shouldnt it be a bit warmer than this, haha.

you know i think there is something to that theory.. because we had the coldest weekend on record the day after Ram arrived in Vegas. High was like 27 degrees. The day after he left we've been in the 50's every day and now 60's.

Morning All. Supposed to touch 60 here too, although we are a bit colder than Vegas. We have had beautiful weather the last few days in the 60's. Glad the cold has moved off from us, sorry the rest of you are dealing with it.

Just a day of porn and soap...what a combo, lol. Still mucking on the LL, and really want to get a free site built today...and a workout. Curves kicked my ass yesterday, those are the kind of workouts I like. :D

Cold is bad... too hot is bad... just like the Brits lol the weather is never boring :D
