I am having a few network problems this morning. I just spent the last hour getting online. Anyway, I'm online and it seems to be working ok. Nice warm weather and rain on the way. Floods should follow :)

I used to live in Florida. This time of year, I yearn for that quick warm up, now that Winter is over. This 2 month transition to warmer temperatures seems like it takes forever!

Sabres beat up Washington last night - which is not exactly a major accomplishment, but it was nice to see them pretty much dominate a team (and hold Ovechkin to 0 points)

Tonight The Bitch & I are going to see The Blue Man Group - saw them once in Vegas & I really loved it, so I'm looking forward to tonight's show.

Other than that, I might start to work on another category today since I did finally release the Nipples category yesterday |thumb

We are looking at about 50 here today. Warm enough to go for a bike ride if I had any wheels on it :) Of course, my number 2 son finally took delivery on a new bike last night. And, as luck would have it, he has to store it here :)

Four words sum up today.."Paypal lies, I cuss!"

It seems the original 809 dollars of charges grew as Paypal didn't freeze the transactions like they claimed. Now my bank account is totally drained of the 1300+ that was in it, plus another 234 dollars in the hole from fees.
The bank froze my CC, my account, has my money hostage, and Paypal has guaranteed themselves an hourly cussng now. (I decided that I'm calling them every hour on the hour and cussing someone until I get this cleared up.)

All is not lost though, I'll have my damned overstuffed shrimp and oyster po boy this weekend on the beach if I have to rob the bank to get the money for it

Breakfast will be served shortly.. bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and coffee and OJ with a couple of huge hooters for desset. After that I begin research on my new book, part two in the series. This one is titled.."If at first you don't succeed, cuss cuss again"

Already had a pretty good thunderstorm roll thru this morning, and they're saying we're gonna get storms all day today with temps in the mid 60's.

Had the softball team's first full practice last night, went pretty good, I guess anytime I hit one out of the park (even if it is only practice) I consider it a good practice :) Most of the new guys aint that good, but 2 of them were really good and since we really only had 2 major holes to fill I am feeling pretty confident we'll be pretty good this year.

Just a day of work planned for me, have a good one :)

Not sure what the attack plan is for today. We tried to bring a new server online late last night, to replace an aging beast that is well past it's prime, but it appears that we had a hardware failure in the process. All was fine at first, but now we're getting odd BIOS compatibility errors and it no longer sees the RAID array. :(

Shit man, that's gotta totally fucking suck. Way back in 2000-2001 I had a someone wipe me out of over 4k, it was partly my fault for not catching it earlier than I did but I can feel your pain. I had some little shady hole in wall hosting company that I was using for a little side project. I wrote them an online check that they were suppose to take something like 160$ out of my account every 6 months, well the bastards were taking it out 3-4 times a week, and before I finally caught it I was out of over 4k$. My bank was no help at all in recovering it, I was able to recover close to 1k$ from the bastard after various threats before he totally dissapeared. As I later found out he had done the same thing to numerous people. Then I had the episode of getting double charged by AOL back when I had DSL with them way back in 2002 I think. That ended up causing me to bounce a series of 15-20 2$-3$ debit card purchases that racked up over 600$ in bank fees. My bank (same one I had before) and AOL never helped me out one bit. Needless to say I no longer bank here.

Man, I hope you have better luck recovering your money than I did, I know how bad it feels to be ripped off.

Cold from hell came back, I'm not happy about it. Managed to get some work done yesterday despite it, and I'm going to work today despite it dammit.

MadHatter had to go on some meds for high blood pressure. I told him he needs to not be so mad, lol. He also has to go for an ultrasound of his carotid arteries and heart which has me a little worried. Hoping the doctor is just erring on the side of caution and everything is ok. Should know in a few weeks or so. He is not adjusting the the medicine yet well, having some side effects of dizzyness and tiredness. Anyone on meds for it that have helped without side effects, shout out and I'll give him a list to ask the dr about if this doesn't work.

Other than that porn today.

When sitting in the drs. office waiting for MadHatter to come out, bored out of my skull, I got talking to a woman next to me who used to work in an x-ray /cat scan department about the most unsual x-rays / cat scans she'd ever seen. She said the worse was some guys were out bow hunting for deer, and that night they did like all hunters, sat around and got drunk.

Unfortunately for this guy, they decided to shoot beer cans off each other's heads with their arrows. You know the kind, look like they have razor blades on the head?

Well he came into er with a 3' metal arrow sticking out of his eye socket. He was totally conscious, and still drunk, wanting to know if this "was going to take long". They had to get engineering in with special cutters to cut off the shaft of the arrow, so he could fit into the cat scan machine.

Turns out the arrow had gone through his eye, through his brain, and the point of the arrow was lodged against his skull, near the bottom of his head (so it went in an angle and down). The guy was lucid the entire time. They had to drill a hole in the back of his skull, and pull the arrow out that way.

Other than losing his eye, he suffered no damage, no brain damage. Other than the damange that caused him to think shooting beer cans off his friends was a good idea. I wish I'd have had more time to talk to her, that was wild.

Hey after reading some replies my day seems much better already. :P
Going to look for more link trades today, but it seems a lot of sites looking for trades are just sponsor FPA pages with a link farm at the bottom. :(

I'm going crabbing down at the pier. They're a hoot to play with but ya gotta be FAST! :D
